This thread holds all the rules of the forum. While we try to present ourselves as being a fairly laid back community, there are of course some explicit rules which are here to keep everything friendly and the forums running as smoothly as possible. No Spamming - Pretty obvious, but don't make spam posts outside of the Fun & Games forum. This includes posts of just a few words, or not relating to the topic in any way, posts containing just smilies, or just random nonsense. No Flaming - This includes insulting, racist, sexist or homophobic remarks, and outside of the Warzone forum this is not acceptable. No pornography - We like to keep the forums relatively family friendly. Members found posting links to or any pornographic media will be dealt with accordingly No warez - Discussion about illegally obtaining copyrighted material is strictly forbidden No Multiple Accounts - Unless you have a legit reason for creating another account, you should not be using more than one to post here. Members found using multiple accounts will be disposed of. No Advertising - Do not make topics/posts to advertise your website, or worse, advertise by PM'ing other members. Links in your sig are fine. No impersonation - Impersonating people such as R* employees, or trying to disguise yourself as another member is not allowed. No staff backchatting or ordering - Don't order staff around with orders like "close this topic" or "delete this post please" - The staff already know how to deal with this and will take care of it. Also, if a moderator/admin tells you to, remove your oversized signature, for example, then you must do so, don't argue with them. Staff have authority. You don't. Guidelines Keep on topic - Try to keep on topic at all times, when you go off topic (OT) it makes other people go OT too and then we get a topic full of posts unrelated to the OP's (original poster). Signature And Avatar Rules An avatar is a little picture you can have beneath your user name when you post a message. A signature is a message or picture that will be automatically added onto the end of each post you make Max Signature Size: Width - 500 pixels Height - 200 pixels Size: 100kb Max Avatar Size: Width - 100 pixels Height - 100 pixels Size - 30kb If your signature is larger than the specified you will be notified by a mod and be given 24 hours to change it. If it is still unchaged after 24 hours it will be removed and a message left in place of it. Breaking any of the rules set out here will result in administrative or moderative action being taken on your and/or your posts. Generally your topic will be locked or deleted, and you will be warned for repeated offences. Depending on the severity of offence and habitualness of them, you may receive a suspension or a permanent ban. We reserve the right to remove you from the forums without giving any prior warning. You should of course follow basic 'netiquette' when posting on these forums. i.e. you shouldn't be posting in AIM/MSN speak or whatever. Just type natural English with good spelling and grammar, and remember we are an international forum, so not everyone speaks English as their first language and may have trouble understanding you. If you're new to forums in general, it's probably best you lurk for a while, just to get a feel for how things are done, before you start posting yourself. Using the search feature should be your first action when you're looking for a quick answer to a question you have, or browsing the first few pages of the related subforum. Do this before starting a new topic, as this will make sure we don't get forums full of duplicated topics. A Note About Bumping Topics If you've found a topic in which the posts were all made a long time ago, you should ask yourself this question before replying. Is this topic useful and/or will other members appreciate me bringing this topic back up to the first page? Now if the answer to this is yes, then you're fine so long as your reply is on topic and somewhat meaningful and/or insightful. There's no point bumping a topic and just saying "thanks for the info". If the answer is no, then there porbably isn't much point replying. Bumping old topics which aren't on the first 2 pages of a forum without a worth reply will usually result in the locking of the topic, and/or your post being deleted. You'll be warned for repeat offences. As long as you use a bit of common sense when using these forums you should get on just fine. We want the forum to be clean and fun, so abiding by these rules will help in the continual running of this place. So enjoy the forums and enjoy the community! A more in depth guide for newbie members can be found here in the near future, which explains in more detail about terminology and other important things.

Everyone who was active in the old days was roughly the same age. To be honest, I reckon everyone just sorta grew up a bit and had to deal with life. Chris and Gerard got jobs, Spaz achieved spiritual enlightenment and ascended to a higher state of being, Sky got married () Urbanoutlaw probably got on his Harley and went on an actual rampage (nothing personal if you ever get round to reading this dude, just.. dat beard.) The likes of Noru, Jace, Red Devil, TNF, JayD, whoever Scott is (only know him via facebook now) edit: oh lol you posted above, sup dude? went to uni. Even the crazy people who turned up to troll occasionally dropped off the face of the earth. (Old staff / elites? who was the guy obsessed with Nascar? And the guy who was gonna like give up TV and shit? I lol'd) Dom's working on other projects and is kinda around. Ivan, Ciaran, Pilk, GTADON, Spidervice and WRX22B... Yellowjacket, OGTAM idk what happened with them. I know at least one of them's alive. We had a freakin' sweet community at one point. There were sour spots, back when the flame pit (idk what it was called) existed. But it was mainly everyone vs spaz and he never threw his toys out the pram about it . Harwood got banned which was probably pretty harmful to activity since he had some strong friendships but I honestly can't remember why that happened so I can't say for sure. Feels good to reminisce, and as much as I'd love this community to elevate back to where it was, and think it still could, the general standard of internet personality / behaviour is far lower than it was in the day.

Making the rounds in the news today and this past week have been stories regarding the supposed release date of GTA V, following the leak of a Rockstar North employee's CV. Understandably this spread like wildfire after the CV revealed GTA V's release date to be October 2012. Why is this a problem? Well, the CV isn't real. We've heard from an actual Rockstar source that it's a falsified document. And upon further investigation this appears to check out. The "leak" appears to originate from a so-called "fansite", which consists mostly of completely made up information on GTA V. The site in question is GTA-V5.com, owned and operated by one Dan Neil. Before moving to this domain, Neil had previously written at least two articles on his blogspot site consisting of fake information and claimed it was leaked from Take-Two [1] and [2]. We should point out that Neil's blogs are plastered with advertising, including promises of a free copy of GTA V, alongside other questionable affiliate based adverts from a UK company called JeebiesFreebie.com, which we would advise you all to stay away from; we don't think you'll be getting any free games. Update: Another site, GTA5videos.com, may also be responsible for some of the rumours being created. Creating a CV containing non-public information and using a real employee's name and details is a downright stupid idea. This could easily land the employee in hot water with Rockstar, who at the time of the leak, may not be aware it's not actually real. Unfortunately given the nature of this information, a number of major gaming news outlets picked it up causing it to spread even more. Rather amusingly, Neil also reported on his blog that Rockstar Games took down GTANet, the largest GTA fansite, following the leak being posted on GTAForums. It is laughable that anyone would believe this - Rockstar would never take down legitimate GTA fansites, especially not those they officially recognise and invite to events. The real reason the network was down was simply due to some issues that occurred from a server migration, nothing more, and at the time of posting this, appears to be back online. The likes of OXM and MCV and indeed a number of other reputable networks don't seem to care much for journalistic integrity these days, and it seems that sadly they'll post anything any random newly created blog gives them. So folks, if you do see some rumours being posted that are reported to have been "leaked" from a Rockstar/T2 employee, please apply some critical thinking and look at who originated the leak. Hint: If it's from some ad-filled blog, it's not going to be real. And one final note, Take-Two are at E3 mainly for the new Borderlands game, not GTA V.

Vice City Stories Gang Guide Leader- The leader of the gang Weapons- The weapons the gang holds when in their turf on foot or in non-mission situations. Mission Weapons- The weapons the gang holds during missions. Turf- The gang’s natural turf. It’s where their vehicles can still be found after their Empires are gone. Initial Empire Turf- It’s where the gang’s Empires can be found in the beginning of the Empire business. Gang members can also be seen outside or near their Empires. Enemies- Gangs that shoot them on sight of have some kind of enemy signs during missions. Gang Vehicle- The vehicle that the gang drives Vance Crime Family Leader: Victor Vance Weapons: Baseball Bat, Pistol, Scorpion, Mac 10, AK-47 Turf: In front of every Empire owned by Vic. Enemies: Bikers, Sharks, Cholos Gang Vehicle: Admiral Comments: This is Victor’s gang. The gang will wield Baseball Bats and Pistols if they are outside Protection Racket, Loan Shark, and Prostitution businesses only. When you’re Empire is set to High-Roller Robbery, Smuggling, or Drugs, then they will have Mac 10s and AK-47s. The division of the gang that has Baseball Bats and Pistols will rarely to occasionally ride Admirals near Empires. The Empires are unlocked after the mission To Victor, The Spoils. Gang Members (Protection Racket, Loan Shark, Prostitution Branch)Gang Members (Drugs, Smuggling, Robbery Branch)Trailer Park Mafia Leader: Marty Williams Weapons: Baseball Bat, Pistol Mission Weapons: Baseball Bat, Machete, Pistol, Micro SMG Turf: Viceport, Little Havana Initial Empire Turf: Viceport (1-3 Empires, Can’t Takeover) Gang Vehicle: Admiral Comments: This gang might hold the record for the least amount of missions in the storyline before getting wiped out. After the mission D.I.V.O.R.I.C.E, the Trailer Park Mafia is finished since Marty is gone. Gang MembersCubans Leader: Umberto Robina Weapons: Fists, Pistol Mission Weapons: Pistol, Micro SMG Turf: Little Havana Enemies: Cholos Gang Vehicle: Cuban Hermes Favorite Radio Station: Espantoso Comments: Another name for the Cubans in Vice City Stories is the Los Cabrones. The name isn’t mentioned during the storyline, but in the multiplayer modes V.I.P. R.I.P. and Empire Takedown, it includes selecting your character to be the Cholos or Los Cabrones. Since the Cubans are allies to Vic and the Vance Crime Family, they are the only gang to last through the storyline that don’t have Empires. The Cubans are strong enemies to the Cholos. No, for those wondering, you can’t recruit the Cubans. Gang MembersGang CarCholos Leader: Unknown Weapons: Baseball Bat, Pistol Mission Weapons: Pistol, Micro SMG Turf: Little Haiti Initial Empire Turf: Little Havana, Little Haiti (4 Empires) Enemies: Cubans, Vance Crime Family Gang Vehicle: Cholo Sabre Favorite Radio Station: Paradise FM Comments: After the mission, Havana Good Time, the Cholos Empires are transferred to the Bikers if you’ve yet to take them over. They might be the Forellis of VCS since they aren’t exactly wiped out since Cholo Sabres can rarely be seen driving around Little Haiti and they can be seen walking around the road leading to the Junkyard and in front of the White Stallionz Bar. Gang MembersGang CarBikers Leader: Mitch Baker (Not Mentioned In Game) Weapons: Pistol, Micro SMG Mission Weapons: Pistol, Scorpion, Micro SMG, AK-47 Turf: Downtown Initial Empire Turf: Downtown, Vice Point (10 Empires) Enemies: Vance Crime Family Gang Vehicle: Biker Angel Favorite Radio Station: VCFL Radio Comments: The Bikers aren’t largely involved in the storyline. They’re only in a few missions. This is really the most annoying gang to deal with when attacking Empires since they spawn more often than Sharks when trying to destroy the Biker Angel outside their Empires. Unlike the Gang Rancher which is a big vehicle, the Biker Angel takes longer to blow up since you have to use manual aim. In the last Brian Forbes mission "Bum Deal" Bikers or a homosexual (gay for everyone else) version of the Bikers were at the White Stallionz bar. I'm not really positive that only the Bikers at that bar were gay or all of them were. The Bikers are the only returning gang from Vice City that didn’t have their leader reappear in Vice City Stories. Gang MembersGang BikeSharks Leader: Unknown Weapons: Pistol, Mac 10, Micro SMG Mission Weapons: Pistol, Mac 10, Micro SMG, MP5, AK-47 Turf: Prawn Island, Vice Point Initial Empire Turf: Vice Point, Washington Beach, Ocean Beach (13 Empires) Enemies: Vance Crime Family Gang Vehicle: Gang Rancher Favorite Radio Station: The Wave 103 Comments: The Sharks basically have no involvement in the storyline, but they are a big pain while taking over Empires. When in the process of taking them over, they come in huge four-door Ranchers and drive-by you like crazy. Be careful while taking over Empires on the east side because the Sharks don’t play. The Sharks primary name in Vice City was the Streetwannabes, but they dress completely different. Gang MembersGang CarMendez Gang/Cartel Leaders: Armando and Diego Mendez Mission Weapons: Micro SMG, AK-47, Rocket Launcher, Laser Sighted Sniper Rifle Turf: None Gang Vehicle: Sentinel XS Comments: The Mendez Gang doesn’t loiter on the streets. The Mendez mansion is located in Prawn Island where two Sentinel XSes are parked. During some of the missions involving the Mendez gang does include them driving in those cars. I wouldn’t consider this a true gang, though. Patrol Invest Group Leader: None Weapons: Fists, Pistol Turf: Various Areas: Vice Point Mall, Escobar International Airport, Starfish Island Gang Vehicle: None Comments: In Vice City, I probably would label this as a gang but in Vice City Stories, it’s a different story. They have no involvement in the storyline unlike Vice City and they really aren’t a gang, but I’m putting them here, anyway. The next gang I’m going to list is again, not a true gang. Gang MemberFort Baxter Military Leader: None Weapons: M4 Turf: Fort Baxter Air Base Gang Vehicle: None Comments: The Fort Baxter Military in Vice City has more gang characteristics since then, there were actually packs of them inside and outside of the air base, but here in Vice City Stories, you only see about groups of 2 or 3 walk around only inside the Air Base. They, again, aren’t labeled as a true gang. They shoot at Victor, when he is not wearing the Army Fatigues outfit. Sometimes, if you fly into the air base, they won’t shoot at you for a while (While not wearing Army Fatigues), then randomly they might have a large pack of them shooting at Victor. When having the Army Fatigues outfit on, the military shoot at Victor only when they are shot at (not when aimed at). Gang MembersGolfers Leader: None Weapons: Golf Club, Pistol Turf: Leaf Links Gang Vehicle: Caddy Comments: This is one of the 3-4 non-true gangs in Vice City Stories. The Golfers aren’t a gang. They just can be a group of 2 to 3 people playing a game of golf. Caddies usually only appear when leaving Leaf Links and going east to Vice Point. The only time they whip out their pistols are when you make Vic shoot one while they’re still on a Caddy, then go to a higher elevation (Like jumping onto a car). Then, they’ll whip out their pistols. It must be for some kind of protection or something. It’s almost like the Diablos do in Liberty City Stories that’s similar to that. Gang MembersGang CarSpecial Thanks: deadmanjeff for reminding me to add the Golfers. Noru for supplying me with the Vance Crime Family, Cuban, and Golfer pics. dwinch for the "Invisible Vic" cheat on cheatsync.net

It is all going to kick off in a big way when this is released...it looks amazing! I like the idea of 3 protag's, I LOVE how huge they say the map is going to be, think most of us are going to get lost, there wont be any knowing every street off by heart like in Vice and SA! Cannot wait!

Some of you may have seen some random spam topics this week, full of links/images for porn and/or pharmaceuticals. This is just a quick post to explain this shit to those who aren't aware of these sorts of forum 'attacks'. NOTE: There is no need to reply to an obvious spam bot. Simply report the post and all moderators will then be aware of it via the report system. Basically, sad people trying to earn a bit of money by way of spamming, write scripts for bots that sign up to thousands of forums and post a single post with a shitload of links to porn or pharmaceutical (drug) websites. Websites and forum softwares combat this with CAPTCHA images - basically an image with a word written in an abnormal way, making it hard for computers to read through character recognition. Though as software becomes more powerful, they gradually find ways to read the images, and so we see waves of spam bots registering again. That's what happened this week. We and thousands of other forums started seeing spam bots registering and posting again, and IPB rather quickly put out a patch a couple of days ago to improve their CAPTCHA images. Unfortunately they weren't good enough. So today, a proper update was released, version 2.3.6 implements reCAPTCHA which you may well have seen on other websites. It's incredibly hard for computers to read, and at the same time, their service helps to digitize books, read more on the wikipedia article I just linked to or on their official site if you're interested in how it works. This should be effective immediately, and I imagine it will take an incredibly long time for someone to figure out a way for computers to pass this. In case you're wondering, this isn't something new that we've had to deal with, and it's nothing personal either, it happens to all forums. We've had to deal with it in the past, before IPB2.2 came along with an improved CAPTCHA function, it got pretty bad and there was loads registering every week. Luckily IPB improved the CAPTCHA enough that these spammers bot scripts couldn't read the codes and thus couldn't pass the registration process. During this time we also banned loads of free webmail services that they used for the email link verification that you must click, again narrowing down the amount of bots that managed to register. That's what happened again this week. Banned a new chain of freemail sites etc. Anyway, shouldn't see any spam bots for quite some time now. There may well be a few that slipped through and haven't posted yet, but we'll act on those ASAP. Enjoy the spam-free forum! P.S. The almighty ban list shows how many we dealt with this week. Not to mention about 20 I found that hadn't validated yet, I deleted their accounts. If this is war then I believe the current score TGTAP 3 - 0 Spam bots Win.

This is going to be a huge list of all the secrets and easter eggs found in San Andreas, Hopefully we will get a whole lot of members posting where the secret is and preferably some pictures of it too if possible. I will be posting some pictures later of course, and this will also be going on the main site too. 1 - No easter eggs sign Up on top of Gant Bridge there a sign ironically reading "There are no Easter Eggs up here, go away!" 2. Area 69 A spoof on the real life military base Area 51, supposedly involved with extra-terrestrial lifeforms. It is also heavily guarded like the real life base, and also, shares its name with the sexual position. 3. USS NumNutz The name of a submarine in the San Fierro waters 4. World Largest Cock Obviously there's a sexual innuendo here, but it's also relating to the stupid 'world biggest' records people try to achieve. 9. V-Rock Hotel Relating to Vice City's V-Rock station where Lazlow was DJ, and also in real life to the Hard Rock Cafe. 10. Remeniscient Poker Cards The cards on the Video Poker machines in the casinos are pictures of characters from the GTA3 and VC. 11. I typed the below first... But I have now decided for you people with sore eyes... I'll give a lil quick list of what the below explains in detailed mode Spawn Cars. Change car colour/paintjob. Use 'Speed Keys' to gain full control of your vehicle. (Get from one side of map to other in 15 secs) Add/Remove Hydraulics and add Nitro! Add multiple car bombs (As many as desired) to your car and detonate them with 10 second timer! Take over the world and hack the CIA database. Take over San Andreas and control the game! Activate functions in the game without having to Alt+Tab! Easy interface. Game will go slow-mo while using menu so you dont waste precious in-game time. View all the cheats for the game and have the abillity to type them in slow-mo so you can enter a cheat faster than ever! Activate and deactivate any mods you've downloaded into custom slots! No CLEO knowledge required. Do all this and lots more! All without having to start up trainers and alt+tab out of the game! Change gravity, time, day and your stats! Teleport to places of interest or choose on the map where you want to go. The trainer is also a modpack of sorts... Many of my mods will be featured as add-ons to this trainer. Okay. Time to post my Work-In-Progress mod. Trainers are great as exe's but I find they usually lack some features and they also waste pc memory, require lots of alt+tabbing (Making gta open up slower each time) AND they dont run automatically when you start the game... Also, compatibillity with trainers has been a problem for me. Recently, the best trainer ever (GTASA Console) has stopped working on my PC even if I reinstall. So for that reason, I decided to look into how much I could do with CLEO. And it turns out, quite alot! At first I thought this was going to be a failure but after much coding and learning a few things... I carried on coding a script that changed your cars colour and paintjobs. It went well! I found that it was really simple, especially using external CLEO Scripts that are loaded by the main CLEO Trainer. So, I made a car spawner and took in some ideas from other trainers and coded them with a 90% success rate! So, now I've done quite alot and am onto the 2nd and 3rd parts of the trainer which handle the player and tells you cheats Unfortunately, due to some difficulty with memory hacking... I couldn't quite make the cheats auto-activate when you select them... But, it does something which I think is better instead... It gives you the cheats so that you can type them in yourself. PLUS, the trainer sets the game to mega-slow-mo (Almost paused) which means, you can find the cheat you want and type it in about 1.2 second in game time! The trainer runs .cs scripts in a subfolder which activate certain things and then close themselves. There's a few bugs but I find most correct themselves or are easy to work-around. Some scripts stay active until you toggle them off again (Via the Trainer's Menu) and let you do certain things while they are active. The thing I love about this above previous CLEO Trainers... Is that hotkeys are a done deal. There aren't really many hotkeys. You just press Ctrl + Backspace to open the friendly menu and select what you want. The only time there are hotkeys are if you enable them, or if you enable a function that lets you do things while the game is in play... Such as the 'Speed Keys' I've added which let you go fast in your car and jump it. Similar to GTASA Console although it may be harder to control... But it's pretty fun anyway Also, I'm working on a feature that lets you add CLEO Mods you've downloaded to the Trainers scripts directory... Then, you can actually load those mods with the trainer. What does this mean? Well, this means you can turn CLEO Scripts on and off without restarts of your game! You no longer have to reload your save game and you can add CLEO Mods while the game is in play. Wonderful, don't you agree? Bugs aren't too bad with this. I've only ever encountered 1 crash and 1 annoying thing... The 1 crash is when you try to open doors/boots/bonits of certain cars with certain things missing... But it's pretty rare. The annoying thing is that sometimes, the game will 'Forget' your car and render 'Speed Keys' or 'Guns on Car' scripts useless unless you reactivate them. Again, not something to worry about. Yes, this trainer does have the guns on car script... So, this is quite a breakthrough. I'm sure modders may find it pretty interesting too. And, I'm sure alot of people will perfer this to the average .exe running trainer... Also, a lil 'treat' for modders will be the fact that the trainer can activate/deactivate their mods on the fly. The problem would be, that some scripts wouldn't work well with the activate/deactivate function... But that also shouldn't be much of a problem. Ever wanted the 'Super CJ' mod but didn't want to have that power bar be there all the time? Ever wanted that script that makes your gun do something... But also wanted it to be the way it is without the mod? Well, this trainer should be the solution. Can't wait to post the done deal and hear your views on this mod. I'm not going to release many BETA's too soon as I want the first release to be feature packed. Any tips on what to add or if any expirienced modders wanna give a few tips... I'm more than greatful. I want this to be something that can really help alot of problems with using 20 different trainers, just to get the desired effect. Oh, and JUST in case you may be wondering... This trainer spawns cars and can control gravity... Okay, enough typing First BETA - 100% Complete... v0.6 BETA - 100% Complete... Version 1.0 - 70% Complete... Q: Why do you say it's one of the best trainers? It's not even a trainer!! A: The technical term for a trainer, is something that edits game values to make it easier. Which this does. [WIKI=Cheating_(video_games)#Trainers]Wikipedia[/WIKI]. But, the problem with memory address hacking is, although it may be able to do just about anything... There are alot of things that are unique to this style of coding and CLEO. Also, this is packed with more features than any other trainer I've seen... So unless you can find a better one (Link please ) then this remains as one of or, simply... The best trainer for GTA San Andreas.

The forums have been upgraded from version 3.2 to 3.3 of Invision Power Board. The majority of the new features are behind the scenes stuff. There's some improvements to mod/admin side of things and search engine optimisation - basically nothing new for you guys to see or use. One minor feature that's been added is when posting a new topic, you now have the option to automatically share it to your friends on facebook and/or twitter (if you've connected your accounts). Just tick the boxes below the file attachment area if you wish to do this. Apart from that I don't think there's anything new you should know about. As usual, do post here if you spot any bugs or if something has broken and tell us what's up. I'll try and fix any problems ASAP. UPDATE: I've re-enabled your Gamertag/PSN/Steam profile links appearing in topics underneath your avatar (if you've filled in these profile fields). You can change them if you wish.

Server IP: server.wc-rp.com:7777 Website: http://www.wc-rp.com Hello everyone. I would like to introduce this server to the large community of San Andreas Multiplayer. Lets be honest. We're all picky when it comes to finding a server that is just right for us. It can even be the smallest thing that would make a player quit a server. WCRP's goal is to minimize that to the best of our ability, and exceed maximum results. The server offers options to the players that almost no other servers offer (keep reading or see for yourself). Instead of listing everything the server has to offer, i will list things you will NOT, or RARELY see on regular servers: Fully Customizable Accessories! (This includes bandannas, caps, hats, glasses). Marijuana growing system (yes.. you can finally be a gardener.) Car neon lights Unique family system! Pick your family's name, HQ, interior, bank, lockers, rank names, vehicles, etc. Vehicle Engine System + HUD Car Dealership, Boat Dealership, Aircraft Dealership. Store/Take things out of car trunks. Take over zones of Los Santos with your family! License plate system Accents Real police tasers, no more "rush tasering" Actually drop your weapon [/give] system Health insurance system Donater's Area If you donate you will receive your prizes right after you donate, you won't even need to wait as the donating system is instant. Some reasons on why you SHOULD join West Coast Role Play: 1) The server reduces the amount of Role Play noobs to the maximum, one way, is by using our quick custom role-play quiz before registration. 2) Our server economy is correctly structured, in other words, you won't see people running around with 500M.

    1. Pick an American city where there are more criminals than in Europe and Asia combined. 2. Shrink it till it's 1/100 of it's original size. 3. Change the name to something suggestive, so that you don't get sued if someone goes on a rampage a few years later. 4. ??? 5. Profit.

I assume you're running with the integrated Intel graphics chip. It doesn't run GTA IV and there's nothing you can do, sorry :/

I know but people still need to be aware, even if the sites have been around for months. And it's always good to still warm people, because some people out there don't even consider the risks.

You need a tool like IMGtool, all you have to do is open up the file 'GTA3.img' in the 'models' folder of your San Andreas install directory using IMGtool. From there extract the following files. -tags_lavagos.txd -tags_latemple.txd -tags_laseville.txd -tags_larollin.txd -tags_larifa.txd -tags_lakilo.txd -tags_lafront.txd -tags_laazteca.txd -tags_lalae.txd Once you have these files in a safe place, download txdworkshop, open up each of these files individually in txd workshop and select 'export > to PNG' and save them somewhere safe. Then you can edit the PNG in your favourite image editing software, I use Photoshop, alternatives include GIMP. When you;re done editing, save the file back in the same format and place to overwrite the file, which will probably be called 'grove' or similar. Then use txd workshop to 'import' the edited image into the txd. Once you have your new txd with the logo you want, import it into the GTA3img file using IMGtool's 'add' command. After you have done this for all of the tags, save and rebuild the GTA3.img file and enjoy.

Easily one of the most retarded laws the EU has brought about so far. They simply do not understand what cookies are actually used for in the majority of cases, and just because a few uneducated people are paranoid about it, they bring in a ridiculous law that forces website to show obtrusive messages to users. I dunno, the BBC had an article on this yesterday and this part... ...makes me think it's not such a big deal to be in breach of. I haven't actually read the law fully but I don't understand why all this emphasis in the news is specifically being put on UK websites. Why just the UK? If it's an EU law then what about all the other EU countries? Won't they be in breach of it too? My server is actually located in The Netherlands. So if this is just for UK sites then I'm technically exempt. So fuck 'em. Anyway, I haven't done anything about this stupid cookie law on any websites I run. We already have a privacy policy here on TGTAP which tells you exactly how we use cookies. We actually don't use anything ourselves aside from keeping you logged in if you tick the box to do that. Cookies for statistical purposes are handled by Google Analytics, and advertising ones (the ones people are paranoid about) simply serve you more relevant ads but again we don't even use these ourselves. Oh well, all people achieve by blocking cookies is ensuring they see less relevant and thus more annoying ads... I don't get why someone would want to do this, and why they have a problem with being served relevant ads. They seem to think people are spying on them, when in reality all that's happening is an algorithm is analysing data which no human sees. People are idiots.

Create your character for the next GTA. Like his looks, his weapon, and basically anything you can thing of. Head: Short, well kept hair that was covered by a Mafia-Style Hat. Green eyes, and a thin mouth. Upper Body: Well built with a black suit and white undershirt. Lower Body: Black Pants covering his socks and Black shoes. Weapon: TommyGun Skin Tone: Tan Gang: The Mafia Car: Zonda C12S I will probably add more later. But I'm tired so I'm not thinking too well.
