doomboom

I have a hot coffee mod. but u can't install it... I don't have a "scripts" folder. so i made one in the directory::: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV" and in the script folder i pasted the hotcoffee and instantcoffee .. but didn't work. what can i do.?? do i need "scripthookdotnet" ? and which version and how do i know which version i need??? please help guys!!!
