Although obviously it won't happen since they've already confirmed GTA V.
Can you link me on that? If you mean The Times interview with Dan Houser, nowhere did it say what exactly the next GTA would be.
As for what I think the next GTA would be, I think that they'll stick with the current era and work on another city.

I looked over the pictures before and it's incredible.
Modders already converted GTA IV vehicles, there's a GTA IV HUD, and maybe weapons as well. One thing I noticed about the map is that it definitely gives off the Liberty City vibe.
Incredible. I can't wait what happens in the future with this mod.

Lol, Rockstar is so awesome.
We're doing exactly what they want, to believe that they're moving on from Liberty City, and to get us speculating.
Not much to say, but the rip-like part of the poster reminds me of those games/contests where you identify what it is from that small part. Of course, I don't think anyone will ever find out until word from Rockstar Games.

No need for someone to make it, it seems that modders have already created a BETA skin. I looked around and found two downloads. There should be more if you look harder.

I tried to use your game save but that wasn't possible due to version conflicts. Basically what I wanted to check was if it was your maps fault.
Try going to the 62 on this map.

Don't worry, many people hate motion blur, so there are should be many solutions.
I've used this. It's part of a trainer, named San Andreas Camera Hack. The option to disable motion blur is in the Display menu. It has several other features though. Note that I have experienced something where the screen gets stretched/squeezed.
There's this. It's called Performance Tweaking Tool. Some comments say it's a virus but it could be a false positive... Haven't tested, etc.
Also, something called SA Limit Adjuster. It's supposed to change things, values, etc. I think you're supposed to set Vertgio to 0? I don't know, I haven't tested.
I've taken quite a bit of time to write this and search for these tools, so I hope you enjoy as well as any others.

Don't worry, it's not an infection. AVG users all around are finding this today, including me.
Just restore it from the Virus Vault and add the Diablo II folder to your exceptions.

Actually Deji, the little I did watch mentioned that he got the results from the average of a group of people's lottery predictions (or something like that).
He just went through those 3 as the possible ways of how he predicted them.
Didn't watch the whole thing so I don't want to say too much.

I think I know exactly what you're looking for. You want to press B (with the default controls). This will toggle the camera physics. They're either supposed to be on or off.
This should stop the camera from moving.

My view is that he's just an odd ped who says strange things relating to UFOs, and other "mythical" topics.
GTA wiki has some info on him, but note it's just speculation.

I'm in as well. I just downloaded it and installed it. It took less than 10 minutes, awesome. It's also alot smoother, at least on the menu.
Also, give us a converted time since "night session" means different things for us all.

Well, I don't exactly modify any files, but instead I use GTA San Andreas admin Console. It's a trainer with many functions including preventing collision damage, explosions, etc.

Alright, I recognize the SWAT skin, which leads me to think that's it's from a Police Skin Pack I downloaded a month ago. I'm not positive if it is that exact skin, but it's worth a try.

Awesome, I've just replaced the original SCRIPT with the custom wav. files and it works, now. I've got to say though, some of the voices are very strange.
Well, I'm up to the
King of the Hill
mission, and when I went to the donut shop to get some support after finding the
King of the Hill mission hard
, I tried to dismiss them right after I picked them up, and the game crashed.
I'll report anymore bugs I find soon.

Well an obvious solution is to format your iPod, and you haven't seemed to mention that. Try to backup it somewhere and format it.

Yeah, I need to uninstall some of this. And mostly the appearance add-ons such as the Splash screen.

I'm probably going to get criticized for my uses of these add-ons:
- Adblock Plus ---blocks ads.
- All-in-One Sidebar ---creates a sidebar for things like bookmarks, addons, history, etc
- ColorfulTabs ---Makes your tabs different colours and you can add a little background to the bar.
- DownThemAll! ---download accelerator.
- FEBE ---backups Firefox, useful for changing computers, etc, keeps bookmarks, add-ons, settings, etc
- FireGestures ---I use it to draw, etc on Firefox
- FireShot ---takes pics of webpages, I don't use it often.
- Fission ---progress bar in the address bar, not necessary but I like it.
- Flagfox ---displays a flag of the location of the server of the webpage
- Flashblock ---can choose to block all flash when you want
- GooglePreview ---displays a preview of the webpage in Google results
- IE Tab ---switch to IE, etc
- ImageTweak ---changes how direct images look, centered, background colour, etc
- Java Quick Starter ---Java installed this.
- Locationbar2 ---Chrome styled address bar, it bolds the main address eg.
- Menu Editor ---can edit what's in Tools menu, etc
- Microsoft .NET Framework Asst. ---Microsoft installed this.
- QuickRestart ---adds a button where you can restart Firefox
- ReloadEvery ---makes the webpage reload every eg. 5 mins
- Save Session ---saves the session.
- Searchbar Autosizer ---makes the searchbar small until you start typing in it, saves toolbar space
- SkipScreen ---skips retarded time wasting screen on download websites
- Smart Bookmarks Bar ---instead of showing both the name and icon in the bookmarks toolbar, it only shows icon
- Splash ---makes a sound when Firefox opens, also has a splash screen
- Sxipper ---saves passwords, etc
- Text Link ---you can double-click unformatted links instead of C&P them
- TwitterFox ---puts an icon on your status bar and you can click for the latest tweets, etc
- Undo Closed Tabs Button ---says it all.
- Unhide Passwords ---unhides passwords and can change the colour to grey so the next guy can't see it from his angle.
- Update Notifier ---automacially downloads add-on updates
- WebMail Notifier ---has an icon that notifies you can you have email, click to be directed to that inbox
- Yet Another Smooth Scrolling ---changes your scrolling
Some of these I just keep for the little functions it has. Also, I just use the default theme because some add-ons aren't compatible with other themes. Btw, 32 add-ons.
- Adblock Plus ---blocks ads.

No, SAMI is great for installing vehicles, as well as other mods, but it cannot install sound files. The best tool for installing sound mods on GTA:SA is Alci's SAAT GUI FrontEnd.
