  1. Really? See I have heard loads of mixed reviews about this game, some of my mates have got it and have said it's great, another of my mates spent about an hour half trying to install it but it kept giving him really shitty error messages. I don't have it I was just curious as to whether any of you guys did and what you thought about it, I am considering getting it after Christmas, but it is a toss up between BF3 and MW3. You got it on PC Chris? If I got it, I would get it for PC because I generally prefer first person shooters on PC.

  2. Am I going blind or something? Could someone please point out to me where exactly on the logo there is a dollar bill? Because all I am seeing are the words "Grand Theft Auto" a green V and a "banner" around the V with "FIVE" written on it (yes it has been noted that the word "FIVE" shares a similar if not identical font to the font used to print the amounts on dollar bills and pound notes) but I genuinely don't see any bills at all.

  3. I have always like the idea of getting a tattoo, I even know what I would get but unfortunately I am a haemophiliac so I can't really have any... Your tat is pretty awesome though Spaz.

  4. There wasn't an awful lot I didn't liek about GTA III it was a fantastic game for it's time, I mean yeah, the graphics seem pretty outdated now that GTA IV is around but lets facer it for a game released in 2001 it looks pretty sweet. The game mechanics are also very basic as well for a 3rd person action/adventure game, but again it's 10 years old now, and besides it's nice to go back to GTA III for a nice little challenge, I mean in IV it's easy to get through all the gun fights using the cover system, I like going back and playing III for the challenge of getting through the gunfights without the use of a cover system or crouching. However if I had to choose one thing about GTA III that I didn't like it would be the inability to swim

  5. I would like to see a San Andreas-esque city. A city that has a lot of diversity in so far as you have got like a business/financail sector with like high rises and commercail buildings and stuff, and then like maybe a few suburban/residential sectors, some sort of natural sector, like a forrest/dessert. Maybe also an industrial sector as well, because lets face it, factories and warehouses make for awesome gunfight locales.

  6. True as both of your posts are, Rockstar does now, not just consist of Rockstar North, they are a multinational company with branches in San Diego, USA. Yes Sam and Dan Houser are Scottish and yes the did study at Dundee University, but at this point you can't really put a nationality on Rockstar as a company.

  7. @TUN3R: Dude was there really any need to go so far off topic. Also whilst you took your little excursion down 'who gives a fuck lane' you might have actually wanted to check that you weren't making yourself out to look like an unintelligent moron.

There is a simple solution to your problem:

    1.Buy a PS2

    2.Stop moaning about backwards compatibility

3.Learn to live without certain things that you don't really need

  8. A friend of mine has recently got me into a pirate metal band called Alestorm.

I love them they are great and i have listened to their 2 albums (BlackSails At Midnight and The Revenge Of Captain Morgan) over and over. I was wondering if any of you know of any other bands how are similar to Alestorm as I am looking for similar bands to listen to.
