that looks very good. i have very little time these days because of my new job, and in my free time i am slowly working on my latest mod. but if you get it textured, i will try getting it working ingame, i could do that pretty quickly. try searching google for some zmodeler texturing tutorials.

you can get any car with drift physics by tweaking the handling.cfg. the tool for editing it is here http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=44 it will take a lot of trial and error before you get it how you like

thats not really matt, its just the angle i took the screenshot. but if you want to get a matt effect just get rid of the spec texture. but the cars dont look as good in my opinion

it would acctually be easier for you to learn how to install them manually. its increadibly easy when you get the hang of it. just follow the readme that comes with the mod. changing a mod to vcm format requires the same level of skills, so theres really no point

i beg to differ, europe makes some of the best cars in the world. on topic, i would make a gta set in Spains, costa del sol. the area has a lot of crime and drug dealing.
