  1. I use AVG anti-virus, but have been almost ruined by 2 virus's over the last year: First, I got the "Thinkpoint" virus before December (I don't feel I need to explain how I got the virus :P) but managed to get a friend to completely clear and re-boot it.

The second time, a few months back while surfing the net, I got one of those "following page needs javascript" messages, but this one was clearly a fake and 2 seconds later I have an un-closable "Windows Recovery" virus across the screen, a pitch black background and all files were supposedly deleted (later, it turned out they were just invisible), With a little help from a good friend of mine (he's on this forum ;) I used anti-malware bytes to scan the computer and incinerate the virus. I personally recommend this program as extra protection.

  2. Watched the Tekken movie they made last year. At first, I wasn't too sure about watching this and didn't expect much from another movie bases off a videogame. But I enjoyed it, the acting was average at best, ranging from decent to under-acting at times, the story was well thought out and the fight scenes were choreographed excellently. The film is highly watchable if you don't mind the many innacuracies to the story of the games, overall I'd give it a 7/10. :)

  4. GTA3 - Usually Head radio and Lips 106, but all stations in this game are epic and nostalgic for me :)

Vice City - Flash FM, Wildstyle and Wave 103 ftw, but Vrock, Fever and Emotion have songs I like aswell. if I'm not listening to music, i'll listen to vcpr or k-chat, Maurice Chavez is legendary and the k-chat host has a mesmerizing voice.

San Andreas - K-DST, Radio Los Santos and WCTR, love listening to the news feeds that play throughout the storyline.

LCS - Lips 106 takes the cake for me here, all songs are awesome, LCFR is good but I didnt find it as entertaining as the talk shows in other games. Head Radio is a close second.

VCS - Flash and Fresh FM are just amazing, even better than VC's soundtrack which i used to think couldn't be toppled, the various Shows/Plays on VCPR are comedy gold, had me (literally) ROFL'ing and in hysterics, especially Bait and Switch.

GTA IV - Vladivostok FM (especially the TBOGT version). House music is my passion!

  5. Sup everyone?

It's been a long time, I doubt most people remember me? I used to always post in trivias and fun/off-topic.

I disappeared round August 2009 as I was just starting my 1st year of college, and although it took time to settle, I liked it I didn't know any people at first and my only friend was still in his 6th year of high school. But I soon got in there with everyone at college, Nice people there, no idiots, no bullies, no douchebags, totally different from high school in every better way.

I even got funding so i soon began to go clubbing every weekend, meeting women, making more friends :D etc... college changed me into the kind of guy i never thought i'd become, my self-esteem issues are kinda gone but they relate back to the way I was treated in high school. In college, everyone is normal and decent. and I got 2 jobs during the summer of 2010 after graduating my first year of college in Scotland (btw, that's where I'm actually from). At the same time, I enrolled in a spanish evening class at University.

I finished my 2nd year last June with a grade A on the final college exam and a grade B on the spanish exam, and am starting another course in September. This summer's been okay, had a nice 2 week break in france, except it's impossible to find work where I live and i'm pretty low on cash until i have a source of income again.

This will probably be the last period of time I'm active, since I'll be back to being a full-time student in September. :)

So what'd I miss in my time of absence?

  6. The last time I got 100% on IV took almost 35-50 hours, I did most of the storyline and at the same time did side missions little by little. I got a friend to help me with the pigeons to make it easier, the unique stunts were also hard.

Most other side missions are fairly easy and doing a lot of them as early as possible helps avoid boredom from doing the same thing, I personally found SA harder for 100% than this.

    You'll manage perfectly fine. ;)

  7. I spend most of my time doing friend activities, Pool and Boating being my favourites, and flying helicopters around the city. When I'm not doing either of these, I'm looking for tramps to give money to, getting drunk during activities, giving money to that musician guy in the streets and taking a helicopter under the map and trying to access hidden interiors.

There are still plenty of things I've not yet tried, I'll have to give this swingset glitch thing a try one day, looks fun.

  8. Oh yeah I forgot another finding, remember that in Memory graffiti on the wall in North Holland, Algonquin? It says "In Loving Memory... (Names) Luis. But its talking about Jose. Hmm who is Jose?

Do you know exactly which street of North Holland has this graffiti? I have looked all around North Holland and Northwood but haven't found it yet.

Edit: Never mind, I found it, it's in Bohan, just one street ahead and left of the Bohan safehouse.

Anyone remember Teddy Benavidez from the mission A Long Way To Fall? He will definetely be an aqquintance of Luis for a while. I have a feeling he will be TBOGT's version of Jason Michaels from TLAD - he will be an important character early in the story, but gets killed early because of Niko.
