I think you should put something in the title warning of possible spoilers .......... some people don't want to know ANYTHING that could possiblly ruin the story for them.

Yeah you press Y (triangle) while in multiplayer lobby to customize your character, or you can simply do it from the cell phone's multiplayer menu from whereever. The more ranked matches you play the more you'll increase your rank where you unlock more clothes and faces etc.

Remember when they said weapons wouldn't be laying around the city like previous GTAs?
They lied.
Have found armor, ballbat, pistol, combat pistol, SMG, micro SMG & AK.
I'll give you guys this one, you still get shotgun & 5 rounds from police cars. The downside is that they all have a cop
nearby. Easy, get any car & pull up behind the car (for example the one parked between Niko's flat & Roman's depot),
push the copcar for a block. As long as there's not a beat cop nearby, you get an easy shotgun & ammo.

There is also one in the 'employees only' area by the exit door at the strip club on the first island.

Hey So I'm new to the forums, and while I Love the multiplayer..me and my friends can't figure out how to change characters...the details say its "Fully Cust" if thats the case, then can someone please draw me a even bigger arrow to where I need to go, or what I need to do?

Once you get onto multiplayer there is an option to customize your character........very limited though

Yes I cn't get on the multiplayer on my PS3 either. Sony's looking into it so hopefully soon....
I'm having the same problem myself......If I can find out how to host a game I'll do that.

Update: She saw her sister once, but she then went away, to my homie's disappointment...
If she stayed in the city / town or even in the state that your friend currently lives then i suggest she contact the local Sheriff's Ofiice or Police Department first. If she is worried about her well being then go to the local library and start checking obituaries (she may be able to do this online through some newspapers).
That's where I would start.

He's an e-bay seller which means he probably got his shipment last week like Wal-Mart & other chains.
Try hailing a cab (no idea how but might offer club as destination).
From the information I have seen it doesn't mark places on the map until you have visited them. So once you find a store 9or place such as a disco or bar), it marks it for you. I heard them talk about that in the G4TV hands on.

I just bought a PS3 ...... What sold me on it after all the going back and forth over specs was that the PS3 has the BlueRay player.
The graphics look pretty similar on both systems on most games to me.

I was playing a demo i downloaded on PS3, and to see clear picture on the TV you had to move the right stick around to get good coverage, i want to see that sort of stuff in missions.
You were playing a demo of GTA IV?

I think it's going to be between GTA iv and MGS 4. Both look AWSOME !!
I'll have to play them both before I can say ........ GTA probably has a leg up since it's on multiple platforms.

Nope. The special edition includes a duffel bag, license plate and a whole book full of artwork and the music of GTA IV and a keychain. If it did affect the actual game in any way, I'd be pissed.
Don't forget the Lock Box is in the special also.

I'd rather the cops be mindless drones whose only purpose in their pathetic lives is to stand in one place and absorb bullets. However, it would be nice if they didn't shoot at every person who got into a simple fender-bender with them.
I read somewhere (someone who was reviewing the game) wrote how they got attacked by AI and ran past the police and the police started shooting at the aggressors not at Niko..... I'll try and dig up where I saw that at.

I logged in on PSN and I got a message about a beta of GTA IV from Rockstar Games. Saying that I should try out a beta of GTA IV. Has anyone else got this? I even have pictures. But I'm not sure if it's real or not. But I replied and said yes anyways lol.
Congrats if that's for real ...... I wish I had a PS 3 already.

Nice work, I think the AK fits the artwork perfectly..... I LoL'd
