Okay.my game wasn't starting, so i just thought "i'll just uninstall the game and start over" so i hit the autoplay button to uninstall it, but then it wanted me to launch RGSC, so i did, and it was completely pointless, so i tried to delete the GTA IV folder, but then it screwed me over
, cause it wouldnt delete three mesley little files, so where is the uninstall button? 
EDIT: Come on guys! Anyone!?

When i start gta iv, the LaunchGTAIV.exe box comes up, but the game doesn't start. Any suggestions to make the game work?

is it SP1 (service pack 1) ?
click start, right click my computer, (or computer or whatever vista wants to call it), and click properties then it'll say there if its SP1

My PC is a mystery. It says it is in-compatible w/ my graphics card. i have a NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS

i had to get a new hard drive for my pc, and when i try to install the game it says your system is incompatible with %P. i have everything i need, but idk whats happening, cause on my other hard drive it worked perfectly. so if you could help that would be GREAT!

it is unchecked, and when i save, it says that it is denied

i was installing a wheel mod, and i had to change some lines in veh_mods, but it wont let me save it. I did the same thing w/ the same mod last week, but a had to uninstall..... so if anyone could help that would be great!

Well 1st, Uninstall the mod and replace any backups... Then load GTA: SA until it get's to the menu...
1. If in the bottom corner it has numbers... Google 'GTASA Downgrader' and downgrade your gta copy to v1.0 If it has no numbers, proceed to #2...
2. Exit SA and try reinstalling the mod again. Make sure everything is copied and if required... Download 'Sanny Builder' and load it. Then look at the bottom corner to see if 'CLEO' has a green box around it. If not, CLEO didn't install properly.

i didnt pirate the damn game, i bought it from walmart! its version 2.0 and wont down grade...
can any one besides that guy help me?
well maybe the car(s) files are corrupted,try uninstalling 1 car, etc.

yeh i downloaded cleo unzipped it again and put everything whers its meant to be replaced what was meant to be replace i.e the vorbis file and it just wont open

I downloaded cleo3 to install a super cool mod (install a neon to only 1 car) and i have a question because the cleo3 readme wasnt so helpful, so heres the question: when i replace vobrisFile.dll w/ the cleo one, it says gtasa.exe has stoped working when i hit "Play GTASA" and when i dont replace it, the cleo mod doesnt work, so, is there any way to fix this?

I got my PC version from WalMart just under $10 and I purchased a slightly used copy at GameStop a few years back for my Xbox $40. I think you get free shipping to the store from WalMart website. As long as they have it they will toss it on a truck to arrive at your local store and they email you and you send any adult in to pick it up.
Yes still sick as a dog... I don't know which end runs better. BTW I just called my local WalMart and they are currently out of stock.

so where i live, its no problem getting one
