Blacklisted

First uninstall game (make sure all files are deleted +temp folders), then reinstall, install V1 to downgrade. If you dont have a crack version you shouldn't have any issues. You could always try SAMI to install your car mods and other mods.

Nightmare, sounds like a reinstall or deal with it. Or spend hours figuring it out.

To do a total conversion is stupid! As Jab said, it wouldn't be GTA if it were changed so much, small touches to enhance the world of GTA is cool. If anyone wants to change this game so much that it is no longer GTA they should just get to making there on game.

BTW, if you need translating, go to google translator in another window, copy the text and paste it. It will translate it for you. Only thing is you have to have an idea of what language it is.

Ran you are correct or least close to right, as I have seen this spoken about. You can only replace colors, you can't add them.

I haven't been able to log in for some time now, but yes I too would love a full step by step on car modding!! This would be great as this is the only thing I'd truly care to spend my time doing.

I had a similar idea, but slightly different. While playing GTA IV I got the idea, well reminding me of a former idea. I'd love to be able to buy, customize, and park the vehicle where ever I leave it. Whatever condition it was left in is the way it stays (something like Driver Parallel Lines). I have some great ideas, however Rockstar has me stumped with this lastest installment to the series. Other than graphics and crash physics this game is very empty!

This is one of the few things that's great about GTA IV!!

All you need to do is reinstall the game, much faster than trying to get them online from someone. As far as copywrite issues, I'm not so sure it's such an issue, since you still need the disc to play the game, as not everything is unpacked from the disk to the pc.
