I got an idea for a mod:
The mod is activated only 3 times a game week.
The mod is activated 6 game hours (6 real life minutes), from 00:00 until 06:00.
It starts with a sirene like in the movie.
All the streets become empty, and foggy.
Black Romero cars appear and you can hear only the song "Dead Skin Mask" (i really think it fits awesome to this)
Grey Children, Dead Nurses and Pyramid heads and more appear.
When you enter a building, ANY building, you will enter a dark bathroom with alot of bugs and the janitor that is beeing punished an hanging corpses.
wow that a very nice idea! especially the time! more fog and fog!
and how bout flying human bats?

Sorry I can't be more help, it does sound like a bug.
The only thing I can think of is to un-install the game, defrag your hard drive (to make sure you get rid of the old files)
& re-install. You can back up your game saves found in MY DOCUMENTS/SAN ANDREAS USER FILES.
i've just re install it....
just because when cesar calls the sound echoes now....even before...that the...
do you think this something to do with sound cards? drives?

Good, thought you meant you kept running out of fuel w/ the plane. PS2 is horrible on that, PC is much better.
Lung capacity is built up by swimming under water, take a break & hunt for oysters & you'll quickly build up your
stat for lung capacity.

my sound in GTA SA have problems when cesar calls telling the money leves san fierro or something
at first i press N even the conversation is not finish it hangs.....
but i downloaded realtek drivers (currently sound max) it solves the hangs
but the sound is still echoes....even after the conversation....iven i shot someone the sound echoes
could you guys help me with this one....any sound fixes for san andreas? o this is a bug or something??

to get those goggles you need a save file first and here are a few locates i know of both goggles get night goggles
at foster vally in SF and theres night goggles at madd dogs crib under the staircase and themal goggles are by the TV
by the bar and theres themal goggles at zero RC too you can see them after you come in
ive check zero's shop nope

Have you edited any of your DATA files? I ran into this at Binco in Ganton when I moved a couple shirts there
from another store. When I put them back, the problem cleared up.
nope i don't want to edit san andreas
i want it clean no mods or cheat he,he,he

The fuel tank is way too small & it's a pain but doable, keep trying.
Find an Ambulance & do the paramedic side mission. You get quick $$$ & completing it increases your max health.

the san fierros barber stock over cj's
i can still pres ESC ang exit but he still working on zzzzzzzz working over the hair zzzzz
cj's hair about 1min i wait but nothing happens so iclose the game ang restart

and DOGS i cant find any dogs, dogs are common but there are turtles in GTA SA
yeah seagulls always 3 pieces of seagull flying around in GTA SA
bear cant find bear in the woods, i saw a video of a rare bigfoot but
a bear that is very common..
do gta4 have kids now? and dogs? or any?

You should be Ok with a 128 gfx card. (At least) Try lowering your quality settings. And make sure the disk is clean. If it continues, try reinstalling...
