    i installed all the software and now the game won't play when i load a mod into the files whats the deal ? :pissedred:

    *groan* Not another one... Haven't you ever used the search button before, or at least checked - I mean there are like 4 other topics asking this quesiton on the same page as you posted this...

    Anyways, the problam isn't Vista, it's your game. If it's crashing whenever you install mods, it's because you have V2 of the game, and V2 doesn't allow mods (because it is evil :evil: ).

    You need to install this patch to make mods work on your game

    I think it's a Range Rover Series III. The body would be easy enough to make, but I have no idea how to add the lights on the windscreen and sideskirts.

    ...Furthermore to the point that I don't know how to convert models I've made for use with GTA IV because I don't acctully have it for PC. I might be able to make it for San Andreas though if someone tells me how to add the lights.

    (AND AS FOR THE "this it appears to b no where on th internet" thats because people only started modding GTA IV about 1 month ago)

    I believe Morrowind Elder Scrolls III is much larger than GTA SA. But has anyone measured them or scaled them side by side or overlay?

    I know it would take CJ a few minutes to walk from Ganton to Las Venturas but I think it would take a lot longer to walk Seyda neen to the north most of Morrowind. I think it would be interesting to know how much bigger the map are to each other.

    Both work simular in nature, they both teleport you inside interiors that don't exist inside the given structures. Morrowind has the built in editor which is very cool imo so no need to download 3rd party tools.

    Like I said, it is just a nerdish question.

    Yeah, I'm sure Morrowind is MUCH bigger than San Andreas, considering it also has all of those interiors. It's hard to acctuly measure them though because it you walk alot faster on SanAndreas, and there is a lot of water to swim through. Also, there is no measiring tools on Morrowind so you couldn't really tell, unlike in San Andreas where you have the "Distance Travveled By Foot ect...".

    I think that TESIV Oblivion is probably more close to the size of San Andreas.

    I think it must be for the PS2 version, because if you look into som aspects of the game more closely, you might notice things which don't apply for PC versions - ie. In the missions Nines and AK's, one of the info boxes says to crouch and lock on to the target, then to switch to free-aim. This is a featre left over from the console versions, because you can't lock on in the PC version.

    hello everybody,

    i've windows Vista X64 Bit And I've Tweaked Many Security Settings Turn On DEP, Disable UAC, Change Compatibility etc

    and The GTA San andreas Works Perfect! And It Also Works Perfect When I Install A Mod With img tool or Other Tools but whenever i install A mod with SAMI (San andreas Mod Installer) It Crashes When SA Is Loading.

    Please Help Me.

    You need V1 of the game so use the patch:

    Besides this, you may have installed SAMI to the wrong place, or maybe it's currupt or somthing. Your not missing out though - SAMI has a history of destroying the game and forcing you to re-install it.

    I need some help with the downloads.

    For example, i cant find the savegame folder

    And where to put the cars?

    I have vista, the files are located somewhere else

    Well, I have Vista too, and the files were where they where supposed to be, so you must have intalled it to a different place. I reccomend uninstalling your game, and reinstalling it to C:\Games (IF YOU HAVN'T GOT A GAMES FOLDER, JUST CREATE ONE) \Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas. That way you bypass all of Vistas security. You save files on the other hand, should just be in your GTA SA User Files FOlder which automaticly saves to your documents. They have names like "GTASAsf1.b"

    Huh. It seems to have some great features and is very unique. The only problam here is roleplay servers are extremly boring :(

    However, I may check it out later. If I could make a suggestion though -scrap the eating system, or at least give it more time before you lose health. I know that most people don't get hungry after 1 hour, ESPECIALLY considering ingame, 1 hour = 1 minute

    @Spaz The Great - I think by not seeing underscores he means that if I where to put my name as "john_smith" you would see it as "John Smith"

    They shouldn't have jet clothes. Rockstar only just managed to pull off the Jet Pack, but it would compltely lesson the series to INVENT a new way of flying. Seems to "Jestsons" for me.

    Yo men i hope da next gta game will let u do 2 compains.One as a GANGSTA MEN,real shit not dat fake ass CJ, i mean u start by gettin tested in da gang and finish leading a gang.And i want to be like gta 4, i mean da gangs dressed in other clothes on the alleways not like SA. Would be kool if there would be cripz,bloodz,ms13, latin kings etc instead og OGF, ballas etc. I wuold want to see gang members like real life,in SA was quiet shit lol. Second story line i would like to be as a police man, that never was in gta,could be kool,but not as many missions, about 10. I really want them to make that the player can a ctually have conversations on the streets with other people. Also make the tv better, include phone and computer, add a lot more clothes thatn gta 4,buy houses/cars and yo there is a lot more.

    Multiplayer.

    Yeah i want em to make a few big server were about 30 players on 1 server play. I mean not like freeroam and shit.You start homeless and shit then you have to do different jobs and get moneyy,buy house,weapons,cars. There will be a rank,when u reach rank 10 you can pick how you want to continue your game,as a gangbanger (ability: to creat your own gang,become a raper,grafitty, join a gang etc), as a police (ability: arrest people,delete grafitty,shoot people and no (bots) cops will come after you), or as a pedestrian which enables you to control a shop,restaurant(example clukin bell etc) which will give u money. All people can work. Possible things: People can give each other money, guns cars,houses.Players need rest in order to ove on.5 secs of rest ( by goin to sleep) will give you a bout 5 real hours to play, people can play with each other : pool, basketball, bowling. You will be able to buy a phone then you will be able to use the head phones to chat to people,but without a phone or head phones there should be added a chat. You can buy clothes, have a haircut, tatoos.

    Fun things to do:

    Gangbanging, own a place, robbing,streetracing etc. If you get killed which is hard, you will lose your weapons and few money. Ypou can sell your house or own multiple. Would be kool if they could add 2cities and 5 or 6 towns so ppl spawn everywhere at the start.

    I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE A DREAM, BUT WOULD BE A PRETTY NICE THING TO ADD, AND IM SURE A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD BUY IT.

    Sorry, but that was the only sentence that I understood in that post.

    hat Yeh, SA Stories (if thay make it) will probably be released for PSP, PS3, 360 and if demand is good enough, possibly even PC. What I meant in my last post was that the City Stories are never usually BIG releases, and are made just to tide you over while you wait for the release of somthing big like GTA V

    NOOO! NOT ROCKETS!!! That would completly ruin the GTA series for me. GTA Should never even consider going into space. Let's forget you said that okay :whistle:

    GTA 5 won't be SA Stories because all of the City Stories releases have been made for the PSP, bt they might revisit San Andreas eventually.
