In my school those who bully only do it in groups because they're obviously insecure, and the moment you're in a group they leave you alone.
In fact, sometimes when you're in a group and they're alone it's fun to get revenge and pick on them.

You don't think that this girl's parents could have stopped their 11-year old from dating (and doing it with) this 15-year old kid?
And besides, abortion is killing the baby. Did the baby do anything? No. Did the mom? Yes. So it makes sense that the baby loses its life and the Mom is off the hook?
It may make more sense to the mother in a minute than it would to you in your entire life.
OK, to Bear and Spaz. Live with the consequences of your actions, or do the baby a favor and put it up for adoption. Or, go back to my original idea:

In Australia or England, no clue) She needs to be punished, the baby has never done anything wrong. So by abortion, the Mom gets off the hook and the baby loses it life. If the mother is dumb enough to have sex at 11, then she needs to face the consequences that come along with it, rather than take the life of an innocent baby so that she can get away with a crime. Abortion is just another load of American Bullcrap designed to help people get away with shit.
And honestly, I think abortion is wrong, you think it's OK. I'm pretty sure that no matter what I say, I can't convince you it's wrong, and vice versa. Since this conversation clearly doesn't belong here, (And isn't really going anywhere) let's just agree to disagree. I've made my point, you've made yours.

Aesthetically, it's a big improvement. Smaller, less flashy, more curvy. I much prefer it. Though, I rather thought the original design was hideous.
lolz, I thought the exact oppposite. The slim while it retains some great features and value, is quite ugly, while the old design was beautiful.

Yeah. Download SparkIV, Read the readme.
When you download cars, use SparkIV to delete and then replace the appropriate files in your GTAIV Folder\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img file.
That's a basic walkthrough, others will help you more.

AVG found other stuff as virus for me eg keygens, trainers for GTA etc.
Happens with other AV too. McAfee found a program on my USB (my friend made it) as a virus lol.
AVG 9.0 was giving me BSODs when scanning for Root-kits, so I went back to 8.5 lol.

I got this disc with my dell computer in 2003.
The activation key doesn't work.
I find it hard to believe you, but if you're really telling the truth I'd say reinstall your OS, then contact Microsoft Tech Support and get it activated the right way.
I have a purple disc, that says OPERATING SYSTEM ALREADY INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER. 'Reinstallation CD Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition including Service Pack 1a'
then I have a yellow cd key, that says a bunch of numbers/letters. and yeahh, says it doesnt work.
EDIT: I guess reformatting it is...
Call Microsoft to get the key problem worked out.

I think i've sorted the problem now. I've found the right settings that allow me to play smoothly
I think it was being slow loading the textures from the HDD ...
That's what I first thought was Hard Drive, that's why I asked if you had an SSD because some of the first ones had random stuttering issues.

I had the same issue in january (so older drivers then too)
back then i had a 2.13GHz Dual core and 2GB memory with the same issue...
How many programs are you running in the background?
Do you have an SSD for a Hard Drive?

I have the windows xp disc.. o.O
I just don't have a key, so I used the thing to bypass activation.

Try updating the game since I have seen some people get by with your specs.
The opening/shutting thing was an issue some experienced and was fixed in 1.0.2.
The patches are here. (I'd install all of them)

maybe email/call rockstar tech support. if they cant help, take the game back and say it wont install they'll probably give you a different copy.
Did you install the .Net Framework packages? If that does work, then yeah just do what he said 'cause there's nothing else I can think of.
Are you using a modded/hacked/copied/whatever version of Windows?

i presume net framework would've been installed generally it comes along with windows updates
I know that's why I was like WTF because I thought that was what was causing his problem. I've had that problem come up for me too with other apps that were solved by updating the .Net and C++ Visual Libraries.

To be honest I think having a re done Vice City or San Andreas would be boring, I want something new and not a whole revamp of past games. I would like to see remakes of better San Andreas and Vice City but not yet.
So the IV map was boring because it was a revamp of III/LCS?
Glad the underlying picture was finally discovered. Unfortunately, it leaves us more in the dark than we already were. Oh well, keep trying, right?
I wish I could read the names at the bottom, maybe they have clus in them or something, likes names scrambles up or real names linked to certain cities.

In the UK though, if you have a baby young you can claim benefits and get a nice new flat to live in rent free. I think thats why many do it or they are just stupid girls who don't know how to use protection.

This is the biggest problem plaguing Britain today. I could, in theory, move out of my parent's house now, and claim benefits because I'm in full time education. I'd have my own place, a steady, comfortable income of money, and I've done....nothing to deserve it. All i'd have to do is go down to the dole office once a week and say 'yeh i went to de job center i did bu the man sed i mite not be hav a job coz i mite have not got brain so can not work wiv masheeens cos sumwun mitye diiie.' Makes me fuckin' angry thinking about it.

Your problem is that the new version of the game is not compatible with your ASI loader.
This ASI Loader is compatible with 1.0.4 and allows you to access XBOX Live.
