  1. First of all, a version for pc...im not sure if there is going to be any

    - Submarines

    - Nuclear Bombs

    - V2 Missile Launcher Truck

    - Auto-Lock Missile system in combat planes.

    - B52 Bombardment Plane, With loads of bombs to drop.

    - Faster Boats

    - Huge Boats, like, a titanic

    - More Sea

    - Islands With hidden treasures

    - Cars Actually heat up when u shoot at the radiator.

    - Been Able to trade popped tires.

    - A huge oval track to test max speed of cars

    - Don't get wanted stars when u kill criminals, or gangs, instead, be rewarded. (with money and weapons!)

    - Actually u get damage in ur car if u kill someone...in case ur going fast.

    - The cars have gas...and it lasts very loong

    - Faster planes

    - More detailled objects in general, but specifically, cars, boats, & planes.

    - Planes take off airports

    - Planes crash once and a while

    - A moon, and a spaceship to go there.

    - All kind of natural disasters.

    - mad dogs, can be used as a weapon

    - Bike/car circuits, where u can race with other cars or bikes

    - beeing able to drop spikes in the back of ur car to pop tires.

    - being able to drop oil in the road.

    - The more gang members u kill, the more possibilities to choose faster car u get...given by the cops, and if u kill a special gang member u get like...a house, a cool car and money for ur hard work.

    - The submarines can shoot missiles, tropedos, and "guided missiles" to ground targets.

Even if they put licensed cars...we would claim the cars were ugly and undetailled...and they wouldn't put cars with much detail (polys&verts) because the game must run in the most large amount of computers, and the most specs...for that, the cars just can't be very detailled. I Mean, just try to put all cars u can find on the net, into the game, and then run the game with a 128 mbs video card...u'll see what im talking about.

  3. In "default.ide" u can find:

    By changing the parameter "frq" frequency i believe u can make those cars apear more times...


    in "cargrp.dat" u can add "euros" in all lines, just to make sure it will apear in more places, because it will.

  4. I think its dumb that the "rolling ramp" truck can lift and lower its ramp but the cars wont stay on. that would be cool.

    matter of fact i "made" (changed/used) something that makes the cars stick to the truck...

    executable is only one, if u don't have any mods...so...

  7. What do u mean with: "can't reinstall"?

    sure u can, or u don't want to have the work? that's a different history...:P anyway if u delete the registry key for the game, then the installation won't know u still have the game and will let u install it.

    just copy that into a blank *.txt file and save it as "*.reg" extension, then double click on it and u can install the game on another path...if u don't know what registry is...then ignore all this...u can still download the files...!!HERE!!

  8. well, that's just so easy i don't know could u possiblly need to ask it here, but anyway...

    in the top of the handling.cfg file u can see:

    ; (H) CentreOfMass.z [-10.0 > x > 10.0]

    ; (d) suspension upper limit

    ; (e) suspension lower limit

    and u only need to change those values the first is kinda obvious, u can lower it to...let's say 0.0 or -0.2 or less so the turns will be more acurate, the car won't flip so easilly. And the other values are also obvious, suspension, u can mess around with that and u will get it.

  10. I prefer to script install mine, rather than play about with img tools which have a couple of bugs in them. It also halves the time it takes to install as opposed to manual installs.

    yes, what i was trying to say is that if u only will install one or two mods, then do it manually.

    btw the better thing to do if ur going to install lots of mods, is to make ur own script with all of them, because if u install one at a time, they can overwright one or other file and screw-up it all...probably


  11. u must know something, vccm sucks it is wayyyy better to do it manually, u just need to learn how, then when u understand the way u mod, u can extend ur possibilities of moding, and u wont ever want to ear about vccm and such, only if u make ur own mods!
