Anyone else expecting it to be revealed at the E3, i'm not talking demos and trailers and gameplay videos, just a video with a sunny city people going around doing there daily routine when a car hurtles down the road being pursued by police, then just the screen goes black and it says V coming 2011
Erm.. yeah thats my impression of a trailer i'm quite excited about GTA 5 now, i reckon it's going to be in Vice city, same engine as IV and maybe slightly bigger map, possibly little bi-planes and parachutes,but nothing OTT

Vice city, improved, with houses you can buy again, possibly light aircraft and also when someone says florida i think space shuttle, so maybe a launchpad with launches every few in game months or something
havent been here in a while so idk if i've already posted this, but i think it'd be cool to play in san diego. i mean its one of the biggest cities in the US and theyve already remade nearly every other big city (ex. new york, LA, las vegas etc) so why not san diego?

Ok, heres mine
I was doing a team deathmatch and i was running to try and get a car in star junction, then someone was running down the road and one of our team members came and they were going to hit eachother, so the guy running down the road ran to the left to not get hit but the car swerved to the left at the same time to try and miss him and he hit him, ahaha it was really funnny

On the mission Hostile Negotation,
I had to go in and kill all the guys to save Roman, I've killed all the enemies, and I got in the truck with Roman, I moved one inch and I hit a red tank and the whole thing exploded..
SAME only twice, it was really hard to get out of that place!

You may be having a different sniper rifle, when you go near the sniper on the roof press the button to switch weapons. Like when a baseball bat is on the ground a you have a knife I have to pick one of them.
I'm on XBOX 360, do you happen to know what button that is?
I think its LB, anyways i cheated fr the sniper and i had no trouble with this mission... odd huh

How about not hacking? you dont need real car names! But i do like the sound of the ped mod there is not enough people for NY, same with the cars, not enough! In NY its full of gridlock as far as i know

i'm trying to make a clip in the video editor where your drinking and driving and then go blow up into a gas station but the cops keep screwing it up! I've tried over and over reloading the game and driving there, everytime the cops come and screw it up and its starting to get on my nerves. Is there a way to disable the cops?
you could start a multiplayer free roam and disable the piggys

What major gameplay elements were different?
Was VCS a much more realistic (graphics) game, Like IV was over LCS?

I like a remake of Vice City just like what they did to Libety City but I want the old VC look like palm trees, Vice sunset to be retained.
Do you know how Miami really is, though? The neon colors and palm trees are just a mask. I want to see the REAL Miami. Not that I don't want the neon colors and shit, but I want to see the gritty side. I want to see the drugs and the sex, murder, etc.
Thats a good point but i would prefer neon lights and strip clubs to drunk people and whores

im new to the fourms here but i really need help and that is why ive come here. As u know im 63% in the game, i have done so many things its been about 7 days in the game
i killed playboy X
, and packies like is pretty low. Ive been trying to get it up as u know and now its about 50% and still no damn missions! I dont know what to do i hope i havent run into a glitch if u know how to resolve this then plz help.

I opened Algonquin & decided I wanted the PSG sniper rifle (found on the roof of an apartment building in south
Alderney). That's MY rifle & I'm getting it, PERIOD. I hail a cab & enjoy a nice ride to Helitours. It's a nice day,
not hot or cold & listen to a little Radio Broker. Just short of the destination I fire a few shots across the hood of
the cab & the driver panics, jumps out & forgets to charge me (works every time). I drive right up to a heli just
as the passengers are getting in & explain to the pilot (Vicky?) that he's sitting in my heli. The rotor spins up & I
pull back on the stick a little, drifting backwards before I pull a quick 180 & head west, low & fast.
As I pass the Statue of Happiness, I smile & salute. She's just so damn hot! Moment of truth, I could turn back
now & there would be no consequence. No, THAT'S MY RIFLE & I WANT IT NOW!!! I gain a little altitude as I pass
over the prison. I wonder if the food any good. Too my surprise the ever-vigilant Liberty City authorities see the
brightly colored stolen heli as it passes over their maximum security prison.
Elton John blares out of the radio.
By now I'm a priority to NOOSE, the ground is swarming with them. That's okay, a little creative flying & luck are
my best weapons. I set down on the roof next to my precious, step out & pick it up & get back in before the rotor
stops. Again I pull back as the heli lifts off & pull a quick 90' right, laying the stick hard over as the bird turns &
going in to a quick dive for street level.
Did those agents jump out of my way?
Again, low & fast. I make for the nearest canal & follow the water until I cut north at the channel. I skim the water
around the north end of Algonquin & brake for Bohan, managing to avoid the gunfire from the pursuing police boats.
I know the attack helis are out there but so far have avoided them. I follow Bohan's west shore south until I see the
apartments where I met Elizabeta & Manny, catch a little altitude & pancake the bird on the construction site. I know
I only have a couple seconds but the dump truck is right there. I get in, find Liberty City Rock (just seemed right for
the situation) & run for the entrance to the site. I expected between radar & people on the ground NOOSE saw me
land & that was quickly confirmed by the roadblock at the entrance. I blast through, running down a few agents in
the process. Bohan's swarming but I only need to make it three blocks. Screw it, I'm feeling ornery & head to the
old Sprunk factory, again running down agents.
The truck's starting to smoke & I'm at a 6* warrant. Time to end this while I can. I ram the NOOSE Patriot in front
of my place, jump out as the dump truck catches fire & run in.
I'm not dead. I'm not busted. I have my precious. Time to call it a day, so I go to bed.
That's how an Outlaw does it.

I have always thought that it would be a good thing if rockstar made a sort of Sims GTA where theres the gameplay of gta but the elemets of the sims like go sunbathing, open bars etc.
as for my wish list, 1 word... FUCKINGSITDOWN

I readed something up!A rockstar devolper recently said in a shocking twist that "GTA V Will be set in 2085" And this sentence shot a missle in to the gaming industry While we go in to more details "GTA V Will include a space shuttle to fight off space cops and include a Mission where the mob blows up the moon and time travel to 2074 Never to be seen again.." While we had a chance to interview a second devolper "GTA V Will have Robot cops and ailens and superheros and villans to amaze the little kids and inspire a group of childern and get me a real job" This devolper was fired later.
OMG THEY JUST RUINED GTA SERIES!
I highly doubt any of this is or could be real in any possible shape or form.

Nah, there isn't one at least not on the platforms that you can get too. And I don't think there's any more above that.
Although it sucks, that GTA IV has no Minigun or M60 either.
I agree however i think that rockstar didn't put these in because it wouldn't fit in with the whole 'city' vibe and they tried to make the game more realistic and someone carrying a minigun down the street isn't very realistic.

Grand Theft Auto IV changed the way the series was directed imo. The realistic thing about it made it feel like you were actually playing as a immigrant trying to make it in the American Society. The Controls and camera (at first) are hard to navigate with... This jumping from one Era to another though... So it's good that Rockstar did change a bit of the things, but in that process they did remove the freshness of the "Grand Theft Auto" we all know and loved. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas has that cartoony feel and the humor is something that kept you playing for hours non stop. It was (And probably still is) one of the best games created in it's Generation. As all good things are bound to be replaced sooner or later, Grand Theft Auto: IV took the plate, it did well.. But it isn't a remarkable change like Vice City - To - San Andreas. The Storyline in GTAIV is really interesting to me (I enjoy that immigrant lifestyle and what not)... San Andreas Storyline was amazing; don't get me wrong.. Sadly, San Andreas Storyline also jumped a bit off course after a while. What I am saying is -- It started at a Ghetto "Compton" like location... Then in the wilderness, then in a suburban like city, than in a Real classy "Las Vegas" style? The mission flow did change real randomly as well, from robbing a Pizza Joint with your homie Ryder, to robbing casinos with armed Triads. Grand Theft Auto IV's storyline did jump off a bit as well, but it seemed to keep it a bit smoother than San Andreas (San Andreas was longer? I think so, so it was probably harder to keep it that smooth at the time.) Overall, Grand Theft Auto IV is a really great game, during, and after the storyline... Then again -- It isn't a San Andreas, nor will it ever be.

I dont have time to play that often but this gta makes me enjoy the storyline and feeling a bit like SA. And the missions arent bad. Lots of the humor is indeed lost. And the travels can get quite tedious. Thank god for taxi rides.
I was wondering.. there are times where you have to make certain choises.
Like when you have to put a cap in either Dwayn or Playboy X's
but im not sure how they affect the game. Is there a chance to see how things would evolve if chosen otherwise or do it just affects the kind of missions you get to do ?
well if you
kill playboy X
you get his apartment as a safe house and dwayne becomes your friend

Now i thought about it las venturas would be nice on its own, it could possibly be after 5 because there is the venturas poker challenge on tv, maybe dropping a slight hint, imagine the casinos and renting a hotel suite to sleep in, the strip with all the bright light with GTA style graphics
