That will probably be part of the GXT Files (if not memory). Just open up "GTA San Andreas\text\__language__.gxt" using a GXTEditor and use the Find function to search for something like: $~1~ - Change and save. You may find that you have to change a few of them to get the right one, though. Which shouldn't matter. It'd just mean ALL text that uses that symbol will be changed to your new one. Remember to make a backup of your unedited file so that you can easily switch back.
No, It's not part of GXT Files, I think its part of pictures.

When i press (shift+f12) the reflection is a still reflection and the water is a sheat of white

Probably your graphic's driver may do this. Try to install other drivers

The program is called Sanny Builder. You will need to install CLEO Library too (it comes with Sanny Builder).
You should read some tutorials before you try using it though. The basics are very important.

This sounds like a great idea. Will you have it snowing instead of rain? This would be great.

haha this sounds pretty cool. you could maybe replace the quadbike with a snowmobile or somthing lol.I've replaced quadbike with snowmobile and it's great.

Either delete all the missions and jumpto's or just search in google for a Stripped Main.scm. That takes out all missions, external scripts, minigames n stuff...

The next game will be GTA Winter Edition.
This game will turn gta SA to winter, to looks like christmasy, pepsi trucks, coca-cola machines etc.

Hi. I was adding new .dff and .txd file on gta3.img, and then I add this on gta sa with Map Editor.
But, when I start the game, new or load, It immediatly crashes up.
Can some1 help me how to add objects on gta sa map? I mean TO ADD , not to edit.
Help?
You need MED. It should be in the downloads section.

I use IMG Tool 2. Is a slow program, but safer than SAMI.

Probably, you have installed a bad mod. (bad saved game).
If your SA is a 1.0 version, you can use my saved game (it works with original sa v.1.0 scripts).

Use Windows Movie Maker rather than Microsoft Powerpoint and Hypercam.
Hypercam is totally shit.
I used camtasia studio to record powerpoint presentation, then windows movie maker to add sound.

I have used this patcher, and now when i attempt to load a saved game (either v1 or v2) It simply starts a new game. Any ideas again?
I haved that problem too. But, when I restarted my computer, the problem dissapear. I dunno whats happen. I have the original v.1.0 without downgrading.

Prelighting Help
in GTASA Modding

Ok, I made a model and tried to add nvc in 3ds Max 9 (through Vertex Illumination), but even if I make model super dark, ingame is showing a little brighter. I'm using Deniska's DFF export script to export models with nvc.
I think those 4 params needs to modify: Deniska's DFF Export Properties Screenshot
And for record, it doesn't export a good day vertex color too. Let me show you some pics of my model:

I also created a BUMP topic, that only uni replied. It was about prelighting your model same as R* one, but I think nobody knows.
