Those pics were interesting, one has post office in (which is a british shop) it could be anywhere in the UK with that pic or just did that since he needed a shop, and some signs saying jubilee which is what some shops are called in london, so it might be in london or just another pic to throw people off the trail, but 2 british things that both include in london, so it might be in london or not. And there is a bin with the word london on it, and arsenal football grounds, yet another london clue since they are a london football team, and are these clues to it been in london or a show off to show how the game is going to look.

Just remember this was set in the 80's things have changed a lot since, we've gone from 8bit games to full blown 3d graphics that could only have been a dream, back then. And if VC was set nowdays it would have a lot more.
