well for the "ghost members," the disposable kodac camera breaks (they didnt get help) or the pictures are blurry (they got mean or unhelpful advice). so they go out and buy another one. and some people here, the "active members," learned how to re-use the camera and cant afford another and they take more pictures than intended. (make too many posts)
There is no such thing as "too many posts" unless the posts are useless, retarded, or anything like that((likes yours, y'know?)). Just because some people post actively doesn't mean they post too much. Go do something productive with your life if all you're going to do is run down people because they post actively on a web service made for people to post actively on.

I would like it if there was a newspaper with the headline "Bigfoot found in San Andreas", or something like " Liberty City Has Completley Changed Over Night!"that would be cooler!
maybe something in the paper like sniper accident mysteriously changes the size of the moon.
it would be cool if the "wherent suppose to get here" and "hello again" message continued with something like "this isnt really that ammusing anymore. you have total access to this place now"

gta3 had a tad of cutscene. i guess thats still gameplay. anyway. i hope they show more things in this one. the first one showed the scenery and stuff but i want to see more action and more story.

that sounds good. but still it feels dumb. scrolling is just something a forum needs. but everyone seems to like clicking on every individual post for some reason. there cant even be a "next" and "previous" button?

some people only have to ask one question and then they leave because they have no use for the forum anymore or they didnt get an answer or a non-helpful answer so they went somewhere els. not everyone is an annoying overactive member who waste their time.

Was the snow in the PSP or PS2 version? I can't think of playing in snow in LCS (PS2).
Only the PSP version.
Damn that sucks, i only have the ps2 version but why did they remove it on the PS2 version?
because you need a psp cheat device to make it snow. they didnt want to put it in a ps2 cheat device.

I have noticed so many things that I am not sure if it is the game, or my copy. Well, first, I've noticed that in GTA 3, you can't punch cars, the voices of people talking echo, I can't aim ay guns, and there is no map. Is this normal, or whats the deal? I've never noticed this on any other version.
1. you cant punch cars in gta 3. that started in vice city.
2. the voices echo only when your under a roof. if they echo all the time then the sound configuation does not match your sound requirements i think.
3. you cant aim guns in any pc gta. its all manual aim. but you can change that. go to the controller configuration options and switch the controller type from standard to classic. now you can aim with right click and also walk without moving your mouse.
4. there is no map in gta3. that started in vice city. but if you mean the radar in the corner, then you can probly turn it on somewhere in the display options.

i downloaded a snow mod and its cool. but when it snowing, it still makes the rain sounds. how can i stop the rain sounds? do i just delete them? if thats what to do then can someone find them for me?

well theyre trying as hard as hell to make everything pretty. so if there IS snow, im guessing its going to look very good cuz rockstar isnt settling for ok with gta iv.
i dont think it would be too hard. they made it rain. and the handling changed when it rained. and they made the ground reflective. thats alot harder than making the ground slowly turn white. it would be hard to make snow piles and stuff but besides that its not that hard.
