Well, yeah, you'll be forced to rid your Computer of the 2004 mod, and reinstall it, but the bright side is that you can make a <Your name here>'s Folder on your desktop, and save ALL your downloaded mods in there, and keep a copy of ALL your GTA games. It's just common sence, dude.

just reinstall your game and you will get the waterpro.dat file back.

if you want to keep your mod still, when you install gta vice city, put it in another folder

Well u see i downloaded the new vice city 2004 mod and i liked it but after 10 mins of playing i got the unhandeled problem. Ok i uninstalled the weapon.dat mod.The game run okey and again after 10 mins of playing unhandeled problem.I gad the no water mod .And thats the problem ,i didnt make a backup copys of my files because i was so dumb .And now i am asking can u please guys help i need the original WATERPRO.dat file please.
