It happens in the U.S also, one of the artworks already has graffiti on it. And anyone can just come through and do whatever the hell they want.

Yes there will be prostitutes in GTA IV. You can hump, Kill them, do anything you want with them.

Well R* earlier did say police bike would be in it. And this picture here you can see a Hummer Police car or a Jeep.

I think R* changed it to 18 radio stations after EGM had their chance to play GTA IV. Magazine previews are done way earlier than Online Previews.

I played the first one, it was good. Too bad it didn't last, the same day I bought it my PS2 somehow scratched the disc.

I don't really mess with the Handling, I just ignore it and the cars still work. If both cars I download need to replace the same car, then I just edit the .dff and .txd to some other car.

I just received my OPM April Issue (Use to be called PSM). I have not read the magazine just yet but I will post the information someone else posted at GTAForums, but did not have the scans: 1 new screeenshot of Niko in the Subway.

Jeronimo states "We want this game to last for years. Im sure we'll do another GTA some time in the future, but this one is built to last" They also mention that the PS3 will most likely have their own form of DLC as well.
Any problems with the PS3 version have been addressed and fixed. Sony tech. was there to help.
The euphoria engine goes as far as Niko actually stepping up onto a curb and onto a dead body (think captain morgan).

Official Xbox Magazine has a hands on preview for us, with minor new details:
-Traffic is dense, just as you'd expect it to be in New York
-Grab a frank from a hot-dog vendor for a health boost. Bump his cart, thought, and he'll get upset and refuse to serve you!
-We saw an ice-cream truck, but it wasn't Mr. Whoopee. It's now called Cherry Popper
-In dense areas like Algonquin, painted yellow lines adjacent to safehouses serve as GTA IV's garages. Park your car there and it'll remain there indefinitely.
-Stop and pay at the toll booths! You'll draw the law's attention if you don't.
-Expect some platforming elements. One mission we played had Niko Shimmying along a roof's edge as he climbed his way to top.-You can phone Little Jacob during missions and have him bring you weapons in the trunk of his car.
-Clicking on ATMs lets you check your money supply.
The girlfriends feature is the same as it is in San Andreas, pick up the girl, take her to a restaurant, drive her home, etc. We also got us one scanned page with a new screenshot of Niko and a rocket launcher:

I return to school on the week GTA IV is out. I just started my Vacation today, and was disappointed to find out GTA IV is out when I come back to school.
I'll miss Mon-Thurs though.

More information showing up today, this time from GTA-Xtreme:
* Graphicaly, GTA IV looks like Call of Duty 4, that's a good point.
* Niko have 2 things in his mind, getting money, and revenge.
He want to have his revenge toward a Serbian person that is like him in LC.
* Creation of PC version could be possible with the 360 version.
* Damage are awesomely made.
* Roman's car is a little slow but you will have to learn to control it.
* GTA IV is very realistic. At a moment, Niko tryied to steal a car, and by mistake, while going with it, the player pressed the fire button and the gun shoot made a very loud noise. At the next intersection, cops turned their head toward Niko, and the passenger who was next to Niko put his hands up, his eyes moved aside because he was frightened saying "Son, you don't want to do this huh ?".
* At the beggining Niko sleeps on Roman's sofa but after he will be able to buy a house, but no building, or entreprise like in Vice city.
* When your wanted level will be too high, Tank will chase you.

So now we now there are Tanks, but why did one of the previews yesterday say there wasn't any? Maybe the same goes for car customization?
