Download it off the PS Store (The PSS lol). It's only the Beta so don't expect it to be perfect. But you will also need a Konami ID.

It was kinda obvious that both official magazines were going to give GTA IV the "perfect" score. Building more hype and besides if one magazine gave a lower score then lolz. That's practically just saying the other console version is better.
