If you are talking of the site in my sig then its a temp one which our original site(under going repairs due to server crash)redirects to due to inaccessibility. Reading the specs you don't have a bad pc at all. If you need GTA 4 you can go for upgradation. You won't believe but I used a Pentium 3 till 2008 and got a c2d later.
