The dude with the jacket, cargo pants, and blue shoes is Claude. Pretty certain he's the same guy from GTA2.
In GTA3, Claude teamed up with Catalina to rob a Liberty City bank until she shot him. Claude was arrested, and while being transferred, Cartels bombed the Callahan Bridge, kidnapped an old Asian guy, and then 8-Ball helped Claude get to the Kurama.

Another thing I used to do was just to stand in front of the North Point Mall and act like a news reporter for the gunfights between the Streetwannabes and the Security Guards.

Have you guys played the PS2 version of LCS? It sucked ass. That's what happens when you port PSP games to consoles. There's a reason PSP games are good on the PSP. Because you expect that from a PSP game, not a PS2 game.

I'd much rather have separate stories for the three cities. (More reasons to get a PSP) No ports to the PS2, Xbox, PC, WHATEVER! But they could still fit the entire state of San Andreas on a UMD in two years, maybe.

One of the things I loved to do was hole myself in the second floor of the Malibu Club and unload on people and cops with a SPAZ-12 shotgun until I get mega-bored.

Which is the reason I can't get a PS3. Too damn expensive for me. I'm definitely getting the 360 version for 2 reasons.
(1. The downloadable episodes.
(2. I have my 360.

Get yo ass whooped on by a damn pokemon if that's the case. (j.k.) 4- way battle: Fox McCloud, Pikachu, Mario, and Link. What could be better? Only a 4-way among Master Chief, CJ, Solid Snake, and Tommy Vercetti.

Long story short, Catalina is a psychotic bitch who only has money on her mind. And strapping guys to racks and whipping them, but that's another story for another day.
