OK so all you want is me to say i'm sorry..... OK I'm sorry, I'm sorry to chris that he lost 7 pages of mods, i'm sry to my fans that think asking for donations is wrong, I'm sorry for concidering what I do as more than just a hobby, and I'm sorry that when I left gtagaming that I didn't just make my own website to begin with.
My site is making me alot happier than I was before and is turning out to look pretty sweet for being made by a guy that has never built a website before!

Untill you walk a day in my shoes you should keep your negitive comments to yourself! I'm not dead I just left the site I can still see what your sayin. I have worked harder than any gta modder that I know of and everyone took what I was asking for and turned it into i'm some asshole, begger, who throws fits and is too poor to buy a new pc just to mod for free (because modding gta4 is the only reason I would need one.) Only reason I left thegtaplace was because I was tired of posting stuff in the news just to have it removed. And the only reason I was removing my mod files the way I was is because i was pissed and had no access needed to remove them properly plus i was tring to show how much it upset me that my post was removed in the first place when what i was doing was not against any RULES (same as the shit that happened in GTAF) and to show the admins here how upset i was that i'm forced to conform to the rules made up by the other admins on this site...
I have my own website now that I control and I just think its better that way for everyone. If you wanna check it out go to GTA For Life If you just wanna hate on me more then please don't bother.
I spent all day on it and all that is left to do is to finish hosting and posting about 148 mods that I didn't have time for after spending the whole day creating the site.
And to all of you that still support me and supported me through this cluster fuck of confusion you all deserve a cookie.... Hell make it a bag of cookies...

It's people like you and Huckleberry Pie that make staying around worth it! Without people like you i'd be nothing! And as for system specs i'm afraid to tell.... (it's like sleeping with a fat girl and then telling all about it after the party when everyone thought that you took that little dime home!) i have a nvidia 7300gt with 512 mb ram and a pentinum 4 chip in my motherboard with 1 gig ram. I know slow dino for this time and age but it's all i got. And nvidias new gta4 drivers crash my graphics card
it's lame but what can you do. for me to continue modding the next gen gta game i need a newer system and thats all there is too it. I feel bad asking for help but i can't afford whats needed to keep making free mods and selling them is illegal. -
Now if only that I have over 9000 bucks for me to donate to one of the biggest modding moguls out there... Too bad I don't have one, but don't worry, we're here to support you...

GTAF seems to be like a 4chan of sorts in my opinion; the modders there have made epic history, but some of the members there are like total nimwits or just trolls who don't care about manners. They're no different from those haters and flamers at Youtube who waste their time bashing people's videos or comments...
I completely agree and after 155 posts in 2 hr over there i was locked by some dumb fuck moderator who said i broke forum rules..... I NEVER BROKE ANY RULES and I hope to god Chris sees this for what it is and not me just begging for money like a bum!
I work so hard creating stupid fucking mods for this damn community and when I finally ask for some help I get shit on.

POKE hey Rappo long time no see and why not be on the main page I've done alot for everyone and now when I ask for a little help with my PC issues everyone freaks out lol. Money is hard to come by in this economy expecially for a starvin artist like myself. Besides it's no different than a GTA site asking for donations to pay for servers and bandwith right?

With GTA IV out now for PC and with modifications to the game already hitting the community, I have been extremely excited about all of the modding possibility's that will be available with this version of the game that are just not possible on the console versions. It has caused me want to be involved more than ever in making mods for everyone looking for something new and exciting to experience in their PC version of GTA IV. As one of the biggest GTA modders on the scene with millions of downloads, my mods on almost every GTA fan site out there, modifications in at least 3 major magazines that I know of and my GTA mods being used in every country in the world, I have come to the point in my career that I must ask you the GTA community that I love for some support.
I recently got a copy of GTA IV for PC so that I too could again start bringing all of you more amazing and creative mods by Switch Designs. However I have discovered that my PC is not going to be able to ever run the game well enough to play let alone to even work slightly enough to modify this game, test my modifications, make preview shots or really to do anything worth a crap with it. I NEED A NEW PC! As a modder who has done everything that I have for this community for free for many years I could now use a little help getting a new machine so that I can continue to provide all of you with the great GTA modifications you love and expect from me!
With over a million downloads of my mods and millions of fans around the world I figure that if I could even get half of one percent of you to donate even just 1$ to my Pay pal account that I would have enough money to buy the most awesome modding machine ever. Well, that's also the point of celebrating it...
See the indians saved some british people who came to America to find some land of their own and they were unprepared and were gonna starve to death one winter until the native people of the land, the indians saved the unprepared british people and showed them how to grow food and gave them food and shelter and warmth. Then when the british were better prepared thanks to the indians they killed alot of the indians and stole their land. Then way in the future the british people now calling them selfs Americans gave some of the left over indians some of their land back so they could build casinos... IE: CASINOS are what we are celebrating! WooT casinos!

I wasn’t planning on making any more San Andreas mods, however May 22, 2008, was my wife’s birthday so I decided to make her something special. She has stood by me through all of my modding and 3D modeling, and understands more about game mechanics / 3D modeling from just having to live with me than anyone who doesn’t enjoy the work that goes into making these free mods should know! The mod takes the Rustler plane from San Andreas and attaches a birthday banner to the back of it. You can also change the banner texture included and make your own banners to fly behind the plane.

ok, im not trying to be rude or anything, but people! ur meant to enjoy such a game and not ruin it all by just playing it straight and there ur done, no! instead ur meant to explore the world aswell!
but that my opinion u might approach the game in a different way.I so agree, I have also turned off auto save so when I come across a split in the story line I can go both ways... It's quite interesting and there's so much to see, yet it feels like it's lacking something. I just have not figured it out yet. I know the no diving under water thing is annoying but I don't think thats it completely, I mean I was kinda hoping for San Andreas water setup and Russian subs to drive but there's still something else hmmmm....

I'm not doubting either your position, i only doubt whether it can be considered 'news - worthy' That's my opinion, and i gave a relevant example to back it up. Whether or not I'm moderating you, I'm still entitled to an opinion.

Sorry I was not tring to say you did do it even thoe it kinda came out that way, your just the only one with power to do such things to have said something yet. No one has owned up yet but honestly the only person that should be moving, editing or commenting on where I post something is Chris.
Besides if IGN thought it was worthy enough of a news story to make the video that they made then it was at least news worthy to them and they are paid news reporters, we are not and we have got a lot of news for this site from them as well as from a lot of other paid reporters.

It's a feature in the game, not news.
Like, if someone posted 'Shooting in IV' - except, if you thought it was bad before, now there's more gore, and you can blow people over with a shotgun!
As a news and mod admin I felt that it was news or I would not have posted it in news and I also feel that Chris is about the only person that should moderate me.
If I was not givin the right to post what I felt was worthy I would not have the access to do so and would have to wait for approvial.

THIS IS GOOD GTA4 NEWS WTF.
I try to contribute something other to the site than just mods and this is how I'm treated. This is almost worse than why I left GTAGaming. Are you so scared of controversial news that you would really remove it from the main page. It just makes me feel like taking my stuff and my time somewhere else if that's the way things are going to be. We should not cover up the dirt Rockstar publishes in their games just because it may upset them. Instead it gets tucked away into the forums that not everyone on the site visits.....
I would hope that who ever thought this was a good move would contact me personally and let me know why this was done so I can decide how I should really feel about what has happened! The fact that you can't press buttons to control the speed and type of animation does not make it better.
Not saying I don't like it. Just that it's just bad as hot coffee in fact I say it's worse... Think about it like this, at least when you are done having sex with your girlfriends in GTA San Andreas your happy afterwards and you want to come back to see your GTA girlfriend again and again expecially after "hot coffee" came out, yet the hookers were boring in the GTA3 games the models just sat there in the car and the rocking of the car and moans led you to think of what could be happening in the car but it didn't show sex, it just filled your life up took your money and then it gave you the need to murder the hooker to get your money back because you start the game with nothing and every dollar counts.
This act of sex being shown in the car with a hooker is much worse than what you could see and do in "hot coffee" because GTA4 sets you up to be in a relationship and then puts hookers out there to tempt this guy who is tring to build a relationship with a woman who he also becomes intimate with. You can't see the sex he has with his girlfriend someone who Nico cares for deeply (as seen when anyone talks badly about her in the game) but when he goes out and defiles their relationship by picking up a hooker, clearly showing the paid for dirty, cheating sex in public with the hooker and this is apperently better to watch than "hot coffee" (thanks ESRB even Nico says he feels bad for cheating when he's done and knows it's wrong.) It's like telling people it's ok to see and have sex with a hooker but not ok to watch sex performed by a couple who care for each other or are in love.
I could go on more about this but I won't I just feel that sex is just sex and if it's ok to choose how much money to pay a hooker to have sex with you in public and then watch it and after kill the whore and get yo money back then it should be ok to see sex with someone you care for and control the action...
What's our society coming to that people can see sex with hooker and think it's more proper than seeing sex with a couple who care for each other.

San Andreas had "hot coffee", GTA4 has sex in cars!!! Pick up a hooker in GTA4 yourself and check it out today. The more you pay the bigger the bang. If Rockstar can go this far why can't we have the sex mini game for the girlfriends we work so hard on getting to let us come in for some hot coffee.
Parents and young children beware this gets a bit nastie. If you're under 18 then you should not watch or even listen to this video or play this game! It is not for you!

I had made a video of this too and was going to use it until I found this much better one made by IGN and it was already posted on youtube. Mine was shorter and a little more to the point but I liked their video alot more. You can see mine below.
As an after thought and seeing the cars used in the IGN video I should have used a convertible for my video and suggest that if your gonna check this out for yourself in your GTA4 game use a convertible.

What a great experience for you guys. I know everyone on the list and as someone who has done so much for the community making over 150 mods for the gta 3 series, being admin first at www.gtagaming.com, and now being admin at www.thegtaplace.com as well as having my mods on every gta network site out there, I feel saddened that a company who I have the utmost respect for would leave me out of something so amazing.... All I have to say is BAH!

Excellent design, this'll be my first PS3 theme.
BTW, when the cursor is over one of the pics, will it still say 'Video', 'Game', etc? Because it'd be difficult to navigate without that. Probably a stupid question, but it's worth asking.Yes there is text for each Icon!

This is my first PS3 theme and it replaces the xmb icons on your PS3 with screenshot icons from the game. It also changes the background.
Any icons not changed are due to the PS3 theme builder made by Sony not allowing users to change them.

Again like I said I'm sorry for you and Chris and anyone else that feels like that but know that your like one of maybe 20 people in the whole community that thought poorly enough of what I did to actually say something! Plus fuckoff is easy to say... watch: fuckoff connor! and again it's your opinion that it's just a hobby and your opinion does not matter to me!!
I'm 29 years old and i know the difference between a hobby and a job and it's not a job but it's become way more than something that i just do for myself for fun... I know what the world really is and when you grow up you'll see it too...
When you make 155 mods then tell me what you would do! I removed them because that was the agreement If I ever left my mods come with me they are mine after all and why keep them here anyways you all think i'm such an asshole why do you want them here anyway!
