[Some More Details on GTA Online]

Having real people playing side by side with you makes it seem as though it will be just that much more interaction in the game. And you can pull off heists and stuff together? Not to mention being able to use your online character in the single player mode. Will this character interact with the main characters? I've heard some things, but I'm not entirely sure what's true or not.

For one, I'm not obsessed with GTA, infact, I haven't played it in weeks((and the last time I played it I did so because my girlfriend wanted to hang out in her room and watch me play a game, and we don't have much of a selection for the PS2 that I like)). In fact, I'm the one who sits on the GTA message board telling the die-hards that it ISN'T the greatest game in the world...

    Games aren't put before my own life. I play games for fun occasionally, and I don't even care if I win or lose, for I don't take them seriously.

I was an absolute asshole. I was terrible to you for no reason -- not that it would have been in any way okay even if I did have a reason. I've always remembered how cruel I was to you and I don't know why I didn't write you this sooner. You've probably had a lot of people on the internet be cruel to you (haven't we all) so you probably don't even remember me, but I just wanted to say I am sincerely sorry. You DO know that using the handbreak to drift in real life isn't easy either right? It compleatly locks up the rear tires meaning that the car basically slides. It has to be done EXACTLY RIGHT unless you're driving slow (20-30 MPH).

And I like the "slow feeling" that cars have. In SA Vice City they drove like 400MPH! It makes driving so much more fun! It's more of a challenge! I love it!!!

Yea, hopefully the helicopters will cheer us up while we search for those non-existent planes.

I just hope, since there's no planes, that helicopters will fly at a realist speed compared the the slow slow SLOW helicopters of past GTA's. In real life alot of helicopters move it near the speed or planes so yeah...i'd love to see that.

I REALLY like the old-ish cars like the idaho and the sentinal (not that old but whatever) as they have really soft suspention and there really lazy and fun to drive. They're not so stiff like the sportscars...

I do the missions as quick as possible so I can free roam without limits (everything is unlocked) I like the missions but I like free roaming so much more!!!!!!

The buildings from the trailer were awesome. The structure and everything was great, thats the thing I'm looking forward to the most. I mean, how awesome would it be just walking around in that city?

I'd really like to see the driving phisics...i'm hoping the crashes are very realistic (so you actually catch your edge when sliding sideways and flip, etc. i'd like to see crashes like on Dirt.)

[GTA IV Delayed!]

Today, Rockstar Games released a press release detailing that the launch for Grand Theft Auto IV has been pushed back from October this year. It is now scheduled for release in the fiscal year 2008 which begins on October 31st 2007 for Rockstar. We are looking at a delay of probably a few months for the game, although it still may be available before Christmas.

Could be but Rockstar aren't putting in real cars (Not to my knowledge anyway). But it does look almost the same.

yeah but alot of the cars in the game(s) are loosely based on real cars...

During the time lapse in the first trailer there is a white truck that stops at the time square intersection on the right and turns left (towrd the screen)...to me it looks like the Dodge Maxx concept car only without the back seat.
