    You have heard wrong. There is no reason for Rockstar to put Vice city into the game.And you can only go to liberty city in one mission and thats in St Marks Bistro.

    You can't get the swat tank again after the last mission unless you have a gameshark.My favourite vehicle is the Bullet and the Hydra and i love parachuting And the jetpacks classed as a weapon.

    There is a submarine in Easter Bay Naval Basembut i doubt you can gte in it i havn't yet tried though.
