You might be playing GTA III, lol. Because the mission markers are blue in that game. In Vice city they are pink. Is any thing else different?

You have to chip your PS2 , Or get it for PC. I am still working on VC for PS2, (I am 42% ) and the vehcals are already good enough for me.
