I still play SA cause mod's keep the game fresh....come to think of it i'll probably still be playing it in 2 year's time especially if they make the PC version of GTA 4 hard as f??k to mod!! There's alway's somethin new comin out that keep's me interested! SA-MP is also another reason!! hhhmmmmm wonder if i'll still play as much when this base jumping game come's out......that's another one of the reason's i still play,for me base jumping doesn't get boring!

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an IPL Region Map?? I'm making a Map Mod and i've found a bug.I think it might have something to do with an IPL...i might have edited the wrong one. I need to know where one IPL stop's and the other start's!! Any idea's ????

I think Scotland will be the location for a GTA but not this one!! After all Rockstar is a scottish company.........but for GTA4 i think it will be Russia,dont know why just a feeling

Being of a scientific mind i dont believe in God and i could pick holes in the Bible all day long......for example
,if Adam and Eve were the first two people on the earth that would obviously make them the first children of God.If thats the case then they are by sense brother and sister and if we all decend from them that would make us all brother's and sister's.......which makes me ask if were all related and incest is a sin does that not mean were all f***ed from the start?? On a more serious note,i've been doin a bit of research recently on The Gospel of Saint Thomas which is apparently the actual words of Jesus Christ!! The church has claimed it is heracy because it goes against almost everything they stand for.It said the scroll was found near the Dead Sea Scrolls but not at the same time.Google it!! The St Thomas Gospel(if factual)i think makes Jesus sound like some kind of philosopher or scholar rather than a divine being.From what i've read Jesus was given his divine status by a bunch of drunken bishop's who just decided he was the son of god.I think Jesus was real and his myth has grown to ridiculous extent,mainly from people's fear of the unknown....DEATH!! The insecurity's of the human race as a whole have picked up on his philosophy and turned it into something i find ridiculous!! Religious people are just as scared and confused as everyone else and are just tryin to find something to make the understanding of life alot simpiler.After all that what i was really tryin to say is i think religion is alot of pish!! A wingsuit would be nice cause the standard base jumping can get boring after a while....also acrobatic's would add a nice feature! Better animation's for the parachute,the PS2 animation for the chute was pretty accurate but the PC version was static as......well it was static
.More interaction with Peds is the best idea,bum fights,happy slapping,mugging's,beating's,robbing's etc etc etc.Also some kind of human sheild thing would be sweet.Your gettin your butt whipped by the FBI or summit and you grab a passer by as a sheild or hostage!Someone suggested horses .....now that is a cool idea! The animation's in GUN were pretty sweet(although it was quite a shit game)and would look awesome in the GTA4.Scuba gear would be cool.You could go diving for pearls and shit......flippers and a snorkle also.Some kind of Demolition/Rebuild function would be nice.Once you got the cash you could buy a building demolish the bastard and build a huge Petronas Tower style building...or somethin smaller whatever suit's.Business's should be able to expand and grow into multinational's so you can earn million's and become the next Bill Gate's!!(was gona say Trump but he's a twat

To view ANY of the GTA animation files, you will need:
Discreet 3DS Max or Gmax (google it)
Kam's Tools (includes the ifp importer/exporter; this is a link to his tutorial topic, which has links for his scripts inside)
There's a LOT of keyframing involved, so you might want to look into how that works first.

These too, are much more life like, and I wonder if anyone cares to get them back in the game?
So it's not already in the mod.
By looking at the discussion there I think the creator is saying he has found different animations inside the gta3.img, but he doesn't know how to replace themIt's definately not in the mod thats for sure!! I'd like to look for it myself but i dont know how to view animation's or put them in the game.Anyone know of any tutorial's that might help??

I downloaded the base rig mod a while ago and i remember the read me said there were some better animations for the parachute in the archive somewhere!! How would i go about finding them and then adding them/it into the game??

Split my shin open and had to get 7 stitch's after a 5 hour wait in emergency while getting annoyed by drunkered's who stank of booze trying to scronge a smoke....although the nurse was hot so that made up for alot!! Other than that my day was quite normal!!
