Lance and Tommy killed Diaz because Lance found out it was his men that killed his brother, Vic, at the drug deal along with Harry and Lee. When tommy was friends with lance lance knew that diaz's men had killed his brother so they killed diaz. The reason why tommy killed lance was that he found out that he was on sonny frellis side.
