Replacing Gun sounds

I just downloaded a sound pack that replaces the boring old SA gun sounds with ones from CSS (Counter Strike Source)

But there's one problem. My PC don't have any kind of language translator and it's in german. So please tell me how to do it!

They may not be perfect, but works alot, i would recommend Dictionary.com translator

I think I used Babblefish awhile back to Translate Readme files from Russian to English.

I just found this one on Google under Language translators
