Hostages

I think luburgh is right on this one, Saint's row had a lot of good concepts, but the execution was pretty simplistic.

Rockstar could add this aspect to Burglary & Robbery, a crime goes wrong & you grab a hostage to cover your escape.

They could probably improve on the Ransom, not just a simple get in & keep driving till they pay. Grab someone, throw 'em

in the trunk, make a call & set up a drop. The drop could go okay, or it could be a trap. Releasing or killing your

hostage could affect a Karma system if used.

After all, the game is based on being a criminal.
