Urbanoutlaw Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 (edited) Sometimes It will let you enter & tell you the car cannot be moded sometimes the door just doesn't open. Something in the code I imagine. Try a different car. Also, there are 3 different type of cars to mod, Low Riders at LoCo (from "Ceaser Vialpondo"), Street Racers at Wheel Arch Angles in SF & general cars at Transfenderd. Transfenders opens after "Nines & AKs", LoCo after "Ceaser Vialpondo" & WAA after you finish the car theft missions in SF. Early on, I hunted drug dealers, since they tend to carry a fair amount of moolah, and later on I just tore through a couple of missions if I needed some cash.
