What do you mean by back up files and how can I do that?

No, you keep the original...

Ok..

1. Find the file you're going to edit.

2. Right click>copy

3. Male a new folder, somewhere in my documents, with a new name, like 'backup files'

4. Go into this folder, right click>paste

5. Now go back to the original file (the one you clicked 'copy' on and do whatever you want with it.
