A good tip i usually use is to just take a screeny of the forum, wipe out your old sig and put the new one in, so you get a hypothetical view of how it looks... Saves time and effort. An image faded into the background of that one would be nice, thinking about it... A skull maybe? And i'd make the font / text a little more prominent.
