The tail of the chopper wedged perfectly into the building as you can see in pics. I doubt that happens 'every time'. Go to the park in the northwest corner of town and stand near the south pond. Take out any pursuing choppers then wait for more. Pretty soon they'll start spawning under the terrain! You can hear them but the only thing to see is the top rotor blades poking up through the grass. Toss a Molotov or grenade at 'em and they're toast - easy prey! They'll do the same thing by the Seasparrow spawn point north of the Abandoned Airstrip - all you see is the props turning above the ground and nothing else!
