For GTA 5 would be awesome if the would make it in Tokyo. It would awesome with those bick sky-skrappers and everything

But, because i liked SA alot it would be cool to remake it .

Anyway ,I think it will be long until the next GTA .... you know , SA was launched in 2005 and GTA IV in 2008 and 2009 on PC. So it will be more than 4 years until the launch of it

I'm with FOB on this one, I've wanted a GTA to be set in Tokyo/a place in Japan for a year or so now. They could really do something with how odd and stunning the landscape is there, and be potentially really fun.

I had a dream that gta 5 would be the whole world, it was freakin awesome

Maybe the whole world would be a little unrealistic to accomplish but it would be cool to eventually have a game where you have multiple cities to fly between. Not like in SA but let LC, VC, and maybe some other east coast cities they havent done yet be incorporated. And like I know the whole mafia thing has been done to death but I think it would be cool if they did one more great mob story. They could incorporate like all the families around the east coast in each city they do and have you work with all of them or go to war or whatever. They could do like Philly, Chicago, Boston, Detroit maybe. I mean they can use Carcer city whichever town it's supposed to be based off of.

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Stories. With all the realistic details (Or more) of GTAIV and the size of San Andreas.

If they actually build to the potential of the PS3, it'll be no problem. Think of it this way, Gran Turismo 4 included over 700 cars, great physics, and HD support along with everything being super realistic and tons of stuff to do on a System with 8GB discs, and a single core 366 MHz processor. The PS3 supports 50GB discs, and has an 8x3200 MHz Processor.

As GTAIV was made to work with the XBOX 360 (8GB Discs) there is a ton of potential for the PS3. Like a city twice the size of San Andreas, airplanes, more cars, more stuff to do, and being way more realistic, with way more code, and way more missions. Perhaps even a better storyline.

I voted Tokyo, just wishful thinking really. It would be cool to get up with the Yakuza and such.

Raybob, i completely agree with you. The early San Andreas missions were great because (and this will sound cheesy) they kind of actually made you feel like a gangster. But after you left Los Santos the feeling was gone. Story went into the shitter, missions were over the top, you just lost that sense of gangbanging. But if it was just set in L.A. with a more serious story like 4, i think it would make a great game.

The "gangsta" missions in the beginning were very practical, for the most part at least, and were all the same. Once you got further into the story you experienced way different types of missions because you were doing the missions for different people/different areas and because the missions needed to be harder. I don't really think it lost the gangbanger feeling because you stil had the silly gangster dialouge as you passed through the story, and I actually enjoyed seeing CJ "change" throughout the story. Made it more emotional etc.

As for the location of the next GTA: I'm still leaning towards Tokyo, but really I'd be happy with wherever it'll be. GTA games are always fun.

But the missions got way too silly. Shooting down RC copters with a mini gun on top of Zeros roof, sky diving onto casinos, and especially the last mission when sweet is hanging off the back of the firetruck.

I'll agree with you, Zero's missions SUCKED but mainly because they were tough. I thought everything else was fine, but I don't believe videogames HAVE to be realistic as hell. Then again everybody will see things differently, so i can't say much haha...

must say everything was great except for zero's missions. thought they were a waste of time. could've been added as side missions. anyway i voted SA, perhaps a combination of cities/states. imagine having to fly a plane from one city/state to another to complete a mission. awesome.

If only that Dan Houser was way crazier, then Strawberryland or Mute City might do. But on a more serious note, maybe if they did it in a new city, or a real life one (as long as them critics don't bother bashing R* for allegedly associating, say, Paris or London with inter-city violence), then that would be a lot better than just reusing those Bizarro versions of New York, California and Miami.

I'm pretty sure you can beat the game without doing any of Zero's missions, thus making them side missions...

@ BOLD: Yeah that's true mate, but remember that between SA and IV they also made LCS and VCS whilst working on IV I believe, you never know, I mean I wouldn't want R* to rush 5 or anything I mean after all they aren't EA.

I think either somewhere in England or Carcer city, more Carcer city as I really want to know what it would look like after hearing about it so many times in previous GTA games

Vice City.

Preserve the names. Vice Point, Washington Beach, etc. For short, expand the city. Just don't make Vice a lonely island.

Also perk up the beaches, add more tourist traps... etc. Make Downtown MORE downtown (high-rise everything, helipads, and make hyman stadium an attraction.). Make Leaf Links MORE Leaf Links (lounges, country club area and an advanced driving range).

I really hope in Vice City..,

But I really mean the Vice City like it is in GTA VC (and not in VCS)

And if it's in a other existing GTA city it'll be fine 2..,

Like San Andreas - but not with the name 'San Andreas Stories' it's to.., how you call it? 'trouthtoutgh'( ? )

I'm thinkin' how other fictional GTA City's would be like..,
