The Mesa is parked at the bottom of Mount Chilliad. As for the photo ops (and others) get yourself a good map and location guide. (P.S. The photo op's glow pink at night without looking through a camera. So if you walk around at night and see a pink 'orb' floating in the air, it's a photo op.)

I never noticed that, I thought you could only see it through a camera. The Mesa car is often parked on the bottom of Mount Chilliad, but not all the time, or?

Mt. Chiliad is South of San Fierro, hard to miss.

There are 50 photos in SF, if you find a camera you're probably close to one. the bright lights show up from 00:00 to 06:00
