Wow Man It's Really Cool . And Yes I Recently Made a mod and uploaded it on gtagarage.com. It's Called black nike mansion it changes the textures of the mansion on starfish island with brand new black nike textures.You can use that mod to go with this mod.If you want it then just tell me and I will give you the link.Wow It's Really an awesome mod man.Please Reply.

EDIT : And Will You Also Tell Me How To Convert .skp Models to .dff

Thanks and Sure man thanks give me a link to your mod and il check it out. To convert .SKP to .DFF if your using a version of sketchup which does not have 3ds export you must download the previous version which does and export the sketchup model to 3ds, click "file/export/as a 3d model". Then import the 3ds file into Zmodeler and continue the work on your model. Once done export it as .DFF by "file/export/GrandTheftAuto(*dff). Then your done. But you know you gotta create a txd and a col file right?

Husky im usin both zmods to convert to VC.

Hey doc, just wanted to say your freaking awesome. This beats the hell out of Ultimate Vice City. Sure theres the twin towers in that mod, and retextures for practically everything, but you beat the crap out of it. Of course, itll probably be a year before we get our hands on this.

thanks but Shit i sure do hope it will be a year lol. Everythin is fine just there are really many crashes and i gotta figure all that out. I think in the end the mod will be released as a full game meaning no install just download the whole thing from rapidshare or something like Deluxe. Im tryin to replace everything... All i need is a mission scripter, but im searchin for one. Screens comin in 10 min lol.

Wow shit damn how did you get those reflections on da Sabre!? The models look very nice with those... We have not discussed the vehicles yet, are you using SA conversions?

Well on my own PC i have SA conversions but i dunno if its allowed to be uploaded cuz its a conversion..... The original converter of the vehicles got banned from GTAforums for uploading his conversions. I dont wanna risk being banned from this place! Well we will see what happens. Im also usin EMB Series.

First of all thanks for positive feedback and im back and starting to get back to work. Badboy_zay, if you give me details and maybe a screenshot of your player model i will see if i could use it, thanks a lot. I might also use it as a ped because currently im busy trying to replace or retexture random peds and stuff...

can anyone provide me a list of software that i can use to create my own maps, move and switch buildings and vegetations around in vice city? somethin like whats being discussed in this thread.

- VC Mission builder (scripting)

- Col editor (for editing col files)

- Col maker (for creating custom col files)

- IMG Tool (for adding models)

Well the optimal tool you would need is probably the so called "Moo Mapper". It is a tool that makes it possible to access objects in the game. It makes it possible to duplicate, delete or add custom models so that they appear ingame. Its pretty simple to use once you get the hang of it. Its possible to download it from google by simply typing "download VC Moo Mapper" or something... You might wanna check out MED "map editor" but i dont get how to use that and i think it is a lot more complicated.

For creating custom models you will need a program called Zmodeler or 3ds Max. You may also wanna check out Sketchup which is the simplest program for creating models (in my oppinion). There are plenty tutorials here or on the gtaforums explaining how to use these programs.

You can edit or create TXD files by using TXD Workshop which is by far the best program for editing textures for the game.

I cannot bother explaining more, sorry man but i hope this helps!

Thanks man, it helped me out alot! I should pick up on these programs pretty fast. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

hah this mod looks awesome, the screenshots of the new auto shop look nice. :)

good job.

if you do upload it to one of those sites, zshare.net is pretty good. no waiting, no timelimits or download limits etc.

when do you reckon it'll be available for download?

Thanks i will 100% check out that site because uploading or downloading 800mb off rapidshare is a pain in the ass... I am now working on a new ped but i do not think i will replace too many, around 2 or 3... A good thing is that the crashes stopped happening all of a sudden... But there still are a few errors like for example there is a huge collision bug with the new autoshop and i do not think i will bother fixing it. To achieve my goal there is still a huge amount of work infront of me but i might upload a beta in around 1 month time but i cannot promise anything.
