To install skins, you must first download a skin (mod) from our Downloads database, then download Spooky's IMG Tool 2.0 in Tools. Open the extraction .zip/.rar archive and extract the files to your desktop. Read the readme file, in the mod, for info on how to install skins/cars/bikes/boats/buildings/Helicopters/planes, etc. Hope this helps, Kel - Ice.
