The first we found was on vice city and its what got us into it go to the golf club then nick a boat go ite out and in some rocks under the surface of the water is a dead guy with some cement shoe's! Follow them across the water & into a small tunnel. Exit the tunnel & continue East across another body of water & look for the green house icon next to the tracks, that's your Fort Carson savehouse complete w/ garage.
