Are you sure thats how you enter, looks more like Town Hall, and you Probbably don't need 100% because you are on OG and Ryder Missions. Llama has a good point. You said you had to have 100% completion, even though you are clearly still on the Firat Island. The location screenshot is town hall, by the LSPD Base, your screenshot of the acctual thing is just a black wall. So this is probably made up. Definatlly not a link to Epsilon, with the infomation you have. Thats like saying that a random tree proves that the One true religion is run by a dog, and that they are running the world. A chinese food found on Las venturas in a house u enter with robbery mission with name Secret valley? Same name has the myth? Oh and only sometimes appears the yellow arrow( to enter) i gone in... And i couldn't anymore... So i started a new game and gone there and guess what? It was there the arrow... After i gone in i fell all down till i died i gone back again there... There wanst any arrow... So the pic u see me with the arrow its nt the new game(not 100%)i gone in with that 1 IN PIC... same happened but then i didnt saved exited and loaded the same game gone there and BANG!there it was... All those locations in map all have same name SECRET VALLEY! All have same aspect inside...all make u fall to gray hell...all if you enter AND LEAVE u cant enter anymore... Today i used M0d s0beit hacks by walking trough walls and freezing air and explore it and its nothing special only a restaurant easter egg that has same name as chinese boxes...
