If you see it the other way, you are using the left side of your brain. Some people do see both ways, but most people see it only one way. I can see her turning counter-clockwise but it's weird cuz her foot is facing the wrong way and she's just... Backwards It's just an optical illusion. I doubt it has any relation to your IQ until someone can prove it does. Well I think it's testing your imagination. If you see it both ways you're aparently using both sides of your brain... Which would result in higher IQ I guess. But to me... IQ are just two letters, they don't mean anything but an I and a Q.
