San Andreas Graphical Issues

Hey guys,

I'm on my uncles new laptop and he has a 9600G in here. It's roarsome. Anyway, I can play Counter-Strike: Source with 4xAA, all settings on high with a resolution of 1680x1050... in San Andreas I get 25 FPS with all settings on low, no anti aliasing and the resolution at 1024x768. I really have no idea what to do.

Here are the images, I'm REALLY sorry about them being BMP's, I forgot to edit FRAPS settings.

Anyone who helps gets over 9000 internets and a rep point on the forum.

FYI we have the latest nVidia drivers.

Hard to say what the problem is but I have heard some of my friends got this same problem, not sure how they fixed it so I will probably ask them when I see them next. Anyways, Doesn't San Andreas have a Frame Rate Limiter that's turned on by default (Haven't been in Single player for awhile, can't remember if it has it or not)? You could try that if you haven't already.
