need some help

hey guys i found out tghat u can change ur weapons like give them 9999 ammo but how can u let the guns shoot faster like let a shotgun shoot like a minigun or let the bazooka shoot verry fast something like 0 delay how can u change that?

and how can u increase ur health?? in what data map can you do that?

Usually changing something like the fireing rate involves opening the weapons with Notepad and combineing the weapons. I did it in San Andreas with the sniper rifle and M4. If you do try to combine weapons I suggest making a copy of the file un-changed so that if something goes wrong you can always fix it.
