JustADummy Posted June 28, 2009 Share Posted June 28, 2009 (edited) I bet you installed GFWL in-game. It's not the patch, it's GFWL itself. Try installing it from OUTSIDE the game from Rockstar. Quoting them: Grand Theft Auto IV requires that this update take place outside of the game as there is a known issue when updating Games for Windows - LIVE from within the game.
