you take gta SA ultimate editor http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f1735...ate-editor-3-06

install it

get a mod ,extract the .dff and .txd to desktop and open 'replace vehicle' in SA ultimate editor

open the readme file in the vehicle mod and copy paste the handling,vehicle.ide and carcols (REMEMBER CARCOLS NOT CARMODS) into the SA ultimate ed. where are wrote to copy paste them

this is for cars and vehicles (you can replace any car you want with this program..BUT be carefull...i recommand not to do that if you are a beginner...there are some thing of programming there that you might not find nice lol).

FOR ENTIRE MODS

for mods you get SAMI (SA Mod Installer) http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/S...er_SAMI%3B55091

install it

take the mod, unrar it and go into the extracted files and you will see the CD icons if you installed SAMI...click on the mod there and > next >next....it will find automaticaly your SA folder....but be carrefull 2 with this because it happens to 'Dont Send' if you install mods on top of other mods... thats it

from my experience you need to know how a game work before you mod it...because.....it's a bit complicated but i wish you luck . you will find out that all games are best not to mod Cheers
