cleo 3 mod mephis speedometer wont work

i start game get into a vehicle and the speedometer doesnt show up. i press f10 to have the speedometer show and the game freezes. i followed all the steps int the readme. does anyone know how to make it work?

You probably have Version 2.0 or higher of the game. Or that mod has bugs, http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/, has web sites with Cleo 3 mods, and the Cleo3 program itself. Scroll to the bottom of the web page and look to the left side of the web page for redirects to other web sites for cleo mods that you can download.
