Grand Theft Auto San Andreas ''Can't uninstall Game!?''

I was installing Grand Theft Auto San Andreas i followed all of the things they told me to do and when the game was installing (on the installing bar) it just freezed and stopped.So i canceled it because it was taking so damn long (the game wasn't finished installing) so i tried uninstalling the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas it appeared out of nowhere i don't know why it was there (There was a Rockstar Games folder in Progam Files) so i deleted the file and deleted everything that was related to GTA SA and for some reason it's still there.I tried putting the disc in and then i clicked *Uninstall* and then it won't let me uninstall it?!Im screwed because i deleted everything that was related to it and now it's nowhere?I did the Run,typed in regedit,went on software,and there was no Rockstar Game Folder.I also went on control panel and did Add/Remove Progams and nothing was there?What should i do?Am i gonna be stuck like this and not play Grand Theft Auto San Andreas anymore?Please help!
