amazingdude
Did you install any mods lately? Is the vorbis.dll file present in your game folder? Does this thing happens again when you start a new game?
TUN3R
Try re-downloading the dll, sometimes it just becomes corrupt randomly on shutdown...

amazingdude
Maybe your saved game is corrupt or there must be a problem with some mods try to start a new game.
TUN3R
Doubt it. Just a quick check, you did try to reinstall the game right?

TUN3R
That's not the game dir. And like I said if reinstall didn't fix it then the only solution is reformatting.
Miles Pedro Prower
The game dir is usually under "(Drive letter):\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas". Or something like that
