How can i get better FPS

Okay I have been doing a lot of reading on how to get better fps but none of the tips shown is working. Could someone give me some advice on getting a few more.

Memory Usage: 358/1003

If Some one could give me some ideas on how to add FPS I would really appreciate it.

Lower the graphics or get a better graphics card, works every time.

I had a terrible fps lag.. Even with a top notch laptop ( pretty hardcore gamer laptop) But it all was perfect after i updated it to 1.3 patch so patch gta and it should run better.

Well you can enable the vsync then set the details, graphics to medium and set the draw distance to maximum hope it works. This technique works on most ATI and nvidia graphics card.

I recommend you to upgrade your graphics card to nvidia 9 series.
