Or do you think they just dream them up as soon as they decide to make another game? Like for example did they already know Claude was from San Andreas when they made GTA3? Or did they just think when they were making San Andreas, "hey i know, lets have claude make an apperance in this one, and we'll say he was origionally from this place that will be cool." You know how like Gearge Lucas already had all the star wars stories written and tied together before he made the films. Thats the kind of thing i'm talking about.
